| I just wanted to say that I will be Un-pausing Yumi and Inori ^u^ But I saw what happened at the missions center. Like how there are two... | @Kamina-uchiha How about we organize the explanation a bit to make it easily legible. CD = cooldown -He can infuse his drill with fire for 3 posts - CD 1 post -He can spit fire from his mouth in any shape - CD 2 posts -He can light his hands on fire for 4 posts - CD 3 posts -He can make a small fire for 2 posts - CD 5 posts -He can replenish energy from fire around him** **Since he doesn't have a healing power, it is unreasonable for him to replenish energy at all, so this should probably be removed I think I mentioned before that F rank students can have 3 applications for an ability at max, so you'll need to get rid of a couple. Instead of spitting fire in any shape, it would be easier and more fair to limit it to a fireball shape, since that seems to be it's main application anyways All his abilities are active for too long, considering there are so many of them. For the infused drill, the cooldown should be twice as many posts as it is active for (eg. Active for 2 posts - CD 4 posts) Raise the cooldown on the fire spitting to 3 posts at lease Lighting his hand on fire shouldn't be active for longer than 2 posts As for the drill, considering it's such a large weapon, you'll have to make your character much less mobile than someone wielding a dagger/gun/sword. It can't be both powerful and light. Am I missing anything? |

| @Kamina-uchiha At 1.5 metres the drill would outrange just about every melee weapon, bar polearms which have their own flaws. It doesn't need to be light as well. I mean, there is a reason drill aren't typically used as weapons... You can have the infused drill at 3 posts active - CD 4 posts, but only if you cut down the power to two applications As long as it has 3 applications, 3 posts acitve is too long. |
| @kamina-uchiha You said in the power description that he can use manipulation to change the path of his fireball, but it takes up all his energy. As far as I am concerned, that's the extent of his ability. |

| @Arc_I As long as it's funciton is the same. Approved @kamina-uchiha Considering how fire works, a cage and a wall would both be pretty illogical,given that anyone could just walk through it. As for fire control, I just assumed he could move the fire around. Maybe you could specify a small range around him where he can move fire? Like, he can control any fire 2 metres in any direction. When he stops controlling the fire it goes out instnatly. He can't use it at the same time as his other skills. |
| @kamina-uchiha Yes. That would be an ability. In fact it wouldn't be a stretch to call it three different abilities. First of all, if you wan't a knife just have your character carry a knife. There's no need to complicate matters. But, considering he fights with a huge drill, I doubt he'd be at all proficient with a more agile weapon He can already spit a fireball And a wall of fire would be adding a defensive ability to an offensive power, which provides too much option coverage. |
| @Kamina-uchiha He really shouldn't be using more than one ability per post anyways, so that isn't much of a limitation. Based on how you've used this "control of fire" in the past, I'm hesitant to allow it at all. |
| @Kamina-uchiha The point still stands that it would count as an additional ability. Controlling fire anywhere is crazy overpowered, considering he would have access to infinite power essentially. Have you chosen which parts you would like to keep? |

| @Kamina-uchiha F rank student's don't typically get more than three applications, so four is out of the question. If you want to keep it at 3, the infused drill will have to be nerfed a little bit to compensate, as I mentioned before. |
| @kamina-uchiha The drill being heavier isn't a nerf, it's a reality check. It's a 1.5 metre long drill x.x That's bigger than the average person, and it's made of metal hard enough to break stone. You'd have to reduce the active posts for the infused drill. As long as it has 3 applications, 3 posts active is too long. |
| @Kamina-uchiha Hard to say. You never mentioned what the drill was made of, nor how hot the fire source is. Technically yes, but the time it would take for the drill to heat up would probably be rather long. |
| @kamina-uchiha Metals don't "set on fire" they simply heat up. And realistically, heating up the drill would be absolutely pointless. If anything, it would just make the metal more malleable, which means it would't be able to drill through stone anymore due to the reduction in hardness. Since there's so much surface area exposed on the drill, it would cool off very quickly as well. So yes, I guess you could heat up the drill in fire; I can't imagine why you would want to. |
| @kamina-uchiha I don't find you annoying. I mean, it's not like I'm being paid to be an admin here. I'm doing it because I like RP (AHEM, no ulterior motive). If I was annoyed I would have shut up a long time ago. To be perfectly honest, your character might still be OP. It's impossible to tell just from looking at the power as words on a screen. Seems fine though. You're approved to edit the power description in accordance to the changes we discussed. |
| @kamina-uchiha Well even though Forum RP takes place in "turns" (When you post, you take your turn and vice versa for your opponent), it's still important to remember that everything is technically happening in "real-time" So in a real time fight, it's perfectly common for someone to dodge/get hit, and then make an attack of their own. Similarly, it is NOT reasonable for someone to dodge an attack, draw their weapon, summon a tornado, attack their opponent, run somewhere else, and take a defensive stance. Realistically, the opponent would have reacted when they drew their weapon. There's no specific amount of actions you're all lowed to include in one post, but always try to stay within the realm of realism. If you want to get an idea of how fair RP usually pans out, I recommend you check out this website: http://forumroleplay.com/roleplay-guides/fight-roleplay/ It might seem like a lot to read, but it's an amazing guide that covers all the details you should keep in mind during role play. Most of the stuff you read there applies to his RP. |

| @kamina-uchiha I can't tell you what to do. RP is only fun because you can do anything you want. But it really is worth reading every single section on that website :x Someone put a lot of care into making that guide, and it certainly shows. |
