I didn't found any info regarding her seiyuu whether from grimgar official web or 2chan. Judging from her personality at LN I think Yukana would suit her the best. (i won't spoil how her personality is) |

Holy Knight/Paladin are referenced on the beginning when they list the guilds, even thought story wise it would take some time for the readers to see one properly in action. |
