Note: This is likely the complete version of the trivia, no more updates were made on the website after the final episodes, everything has been mostly translated.
WORLD
Sherry's Tavern
Entrance near the inn in the city, quite big, cheap and folksy.
Usual hangout spot for Volunteers.
Located in the Southern District.
Not too big, two stories tall.
Britney is the director of the agency, also known as "Bri-chan".
Dormitory
Lodgings for Volunteers located in the Southern District.
Pretty tacky, quadruple rooms, includes six people room, can accommodate up to about fifty in one house.
There's three dormitories, simply referred to by Dormitory 1, 2 and 3.
Not usually that crowded, there's baths, toilets and kitchen but they are all shared.
Former Volunteers manage the buildings.
ORGANIZATIONS AND VOLUNTEER SOLDIERS
Classes
The Thief Guild's rules is that there's no rules.
Rarest among all classes. Originally the guild would only act behind the scenes in the Kingdom but upon the frontier advance, the guild offered to cooperate with the frontier troops in exchange for the freedom of their captured companions.
The guild then became officially recognized and allowed for the enrollment of Volunteers.
There's no law but rather a "code of honor" among the members.
Thieves are very territorial and won't step in another's territory, for this reason there's only one per party, other "rules" are to not steal from other thieves or volunteers, etc.
Skills are composed of mostly surprised attacks and sneaking and also mostly physical with a dagger usually being employed as a weapon.
Things like sneak walking, opening doors, back-stabs and locking targets are indispensable for any Thief.
"One: Thou shall use thy body and weapons to fight the enemy head on.
Two: Thou shan't turn thy back on thy enemy, do not give thouself a bad name."
These are the two rules for the Warrior's Guild, in short, "don't abandon your companions".
Class most specialized in combat, knows a wide variety of combat skills.
"One: Thou shan't kill animals in vain.
Two: Thou shall offer a tribute for the sacrifice of Eldritch, the White Goddess."
Basically, do not kill animals unless you're really required to live and never forget offer a tribute to Eldritch, the White Goddess (who is the God of Nature and has the shape of a large, white wolf) before your meals.
Skill system consists mostly of handling bow and arrow, installing traps and good ability to identify their surroundings.
More experienced Hunters are able to breed wolves and tame them. Can also employ a blade known as kukri for melee combat.
"One: Elemental.
Two: Elemental.
Three: Elemental.
(...)"
Mages draw their magics from Elementals, and since metal interferes with them, mages are not able to wear metal armor (it's ok if it's an ornament, though).
Mages are divided into 4 classes, Fire Magic, Ice Magic, Shock Magic and Shadow Magic.
Magic Missile is the first skill learned, usually takes a long time to charge and not too strong, doesn't consume much mana.
"One: Thou shan't equip a blade in battle.
Two: Thou shan't forget thy prayers.
Three: Thou shall be modest in mind and body."
Devote themselves to God Luminous, class consists mostly of healing abilities.
Also use their cane for self-defense.
Cure is the first skill they learn, it emits a healing light blessed by God Luminous which heals where the light hits.
"One: Thou shall swear loyalty to the one and only, the Dark God Skulheill.
Two: Until thou are united with God Skulheill, thou shan't share thy heart.
Three: Thou shall dedicate thy kills as sacrifices to God Skulheill."
In short, you aren't allowed to join another guild after becoming a Dread Knight or you will be hunted by other members.
Dedicate their kills as sacrifices to God Skulheill and by collecting vices (a body part of the creature they killed) they are able to summon a not so useful and cute demon.
Skills employ dark magic and force.
Devoted to God Rumiarisu (ルミアリス?), can do light healings (with light magic), also able to fight in the front with skills blessed by their god.
Skills mostly focus on light magic and self-defense techniques using maces and hammers, also able to employ one handed sword skills with shield with heavy equipment.
While it is usually impossible to use their type of shields with heavy equipment, the Holy Knight is at the heart a class for defense, using heavy shields to defend comrades instead of employing light shields for offense.
Volunteer Soldiers
Strangers of unknown origins, both to themselves and others.
Are given a choice between joining Altana Frontier Army’s Reserve Force,
the Crimson Moon, and becoming "Volunteer Soldiers" or leaving by themselves.
Most of the Strangers who appear, first become apprentice soldiers and pick a Guild and eventually become full fledged members of the Force.
Members are usually given free rein and act in groups of 3 to 6.
Specialize in scouting and information gathering and are a branch of the regular Army.
Crimson Moon
Force that manages the Volunteers, 20 silver coins are required to become a formal member.
10 silver coins are given to who first joins.
Formal members are given free sleeping quarters. among other benefits.
First stop for the Strangers in Grimgar.
Currency
100 Copper = 1 Silver / 100 Silver = 1 Gold
10 Coppers is the bare to eat and drink for a day in Grimgar.
In Grimgar, money is what matters the most. To ensure food, housing, and whatever items one might need, money is required. Even to learn a new class, a new skill, technique or magic, money is required for everything.
Sorruz
Noodles made with wheat flour.
Can be eaten in Altana, some of the Volunteers feel nostalgic when eating it, for some reason.
CREATURES
Sutoruchi
Lives in the wild. Taming of wild ones is impossible, breeding is required for rideable ones.
Can run up to 70km/h and can do around 100km in a day, will run away if overtired, not as obedient as horses.
Load resistance is also not high so it requires careful handling.
Will kick backwards if forced from behind, hence why you must get on and off from the side, flocks run side by side, as well.
Meat is hard and bland but not too bad.
Pebi
Inhabits all of Grimgar, hair length, color, pattern, etc, vary a lot, lots of subspecies.

Herds usually have a complex social system, individuals not in a herd are usually very dangerous.

Fur has a high utility value and the meat is delicious.

Wild species for medium to large scale herds.
Calm nature, rarely escapes from attacks but is tough to die.
Meat is good.
Mirumi

Rarely seen in the wild, breed in captivity and babies are usually given to neighbors.
Usually relaxed but surprisingly agile.
Likes insects, bees and termites especially, will eat just about anything.
Doesn't overeat or eat just for the taste.
Nadi
Very smart animal, lives in forest of high density.
Makes nests in trees where it stores plants and the occasional beehive.
Throws things at you if you get too close, not friendly towards humans, however, has build an exceptional relationship with elves.
Meat is meant to be a delicacy.
Added Geography and Bestiary from Volume 2.
I should also mention this contains no significant spoilers (unless knowing background for some locations and monsters is a spoiler for you).
Don't want to make a thread just for asking this, since it would be answered by default at next episode. But since it sounds like trivia I will post here.
Anyone know who is Mary voice cast ? I didn't found any info regarding her seiyuu whether from grimgar official web or 2chan.
Judging from her personality at LN I think Yukana would suit her the best.
(i won't spoil how her personality is)

Also, for anyone wondering about future episodes:
5話「泣くのは弱いからじゃない。耐えられるのは強いからじゃない」
6話「彼女の場合」
7話「ゴブリンスレイヤーと呼ばれて」
8話「君との思い出に」
Episode 8 will be the end of volume 1.
Translation:
Episode 5 - Crying Doesn't Mean You're Weak. Enduring Doesn't Mean You're Strong (FUNi's translation)
Episode 6 - Her Reasons (how it's translated in the novel, a more literal translation of the episode's title would be Her Situation)
Episode 7 - They Are Called The Goblin Slayers
Episode 8 - Memories of You (In Your Memory?)
oops, sorry you were right. Confused 3-2 with 4-2, lol.
I guess the anime would ended right before the new batch of trainee coming then.
And I hope they would prioritize Mary's tragic tale over Ranta's heroic tale or both if they could.
I planned to but there were so many on the first week that I was scared it'd be overwhelming, I see it's not updated too too often so I might still give it a go though.
Added some more images and a new class (I have no idea why they added that class, it's not referenced in the anime or the novels lol).
I did say I was gonna translate the news stuff but I simply had no time so RIP that.
If the series somehow gets a S2, I'll make it an obligation to translate that. :P

What do you mean with not referenced on the novels? Holy Knight/Paladin are referenced on the beginning when they list the guilds, even thought story wise it would take some time for the readers to see one properly in action.
"There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force."

Do they get mentioned in the anime at all? But yeah, I was more talking about in detail, I think I remember them from the novels but not very detailed.
If you mean in the sense of barely appearing on the novel early on, then yeah that is true. And I also don't remember it being mentioned in the anime.
