Reading the comments, I get the feeling that I am among the few, if not inexistant, people who actually preferred this season over the movie. ^^

It was alright I guess...overall I was displeased with the in-your-face-fanservice. I feel abit disappointed though.

Series was cool, but boring if that's possible. I lost interest in the show after Green and Gray kings succeeded in stealing the slates. I wish the show would've focused more on the characters rather than the plot. There were glimpses of characters' past but they were never really touched upon. Action scene was also quite weak.

was meh.

To me it feels like shiro's power was way weaker than it should be

The ability to manipulate gravity is way more powerful than anything any other king has shown.

I finished this anime. I was waiting for it for a while. I feel it was a good watch since it kind of did conclude from the first season and movie. But towards the end of the episode, it did feel kind of rushed.. I wanted to see a one on one aspect of how all the clans were doing. It would have been a good insight to conclude. I kind of have a feeling that there probably will not be another season of this anime, but it was nice to see the anime return on the screen. It gave more insight on some of the characters and clans, like the Green clan and how they work too imo. I can't believe they had another hidden King in there clan all along. I never would have guessed that. Also that they were responsible for the mess that happened with the Red clan when Mikoto was still alive.. I'm pretty sure since Weissman mentioned that one to Nagare. But the Green clan was hiding patiently and planning everything very carefully until the end. They almost or did achieved their goal, but it wasn't for long.. I never expected the drawing that Weismann said was meant for the damocles to dive right onto the slate, canceling each other out. But now I know that funny drawing was for that purpose lol. I agree that there are a lot of confusion, questions and answers that need to be explained in this season. Like the Kings powers and such.. But the atmosphere and characters felt like I was still watching the first season, much didn't progress. There indeed were a bit more insight of how the characters are though. And how the Green clan was like. There were also a few funny moments in the anime I love too. Like when Neko was narrating the fight between Munakata and Kuro. Or Munakata and that unexpected slap to the face by Seri lol. Fushimi was hit on the head too lol. I haven't seen anyone give him that respect before. xD But I'm glad the characters I supported didn't end up dead in the end. I really did not want Munakata to die like Mikoto did.. That would have been sad.. It was really cool to see Mikoto with Anna towards the end though. Even though that really can't be, but it was still really cool to see and memorable. It was really memorable to see all the clans together again too. And there bond. I really like that. =) Overall, it was enjoyable to watch, this anime. If there was an ova made in the future or something, I'd definitely will return to watching it without a doubt. I just love the feeling of the their bonds. It is strong and unbreakable. =)

But where is the Shiro x Neko??? Not even a kiss?!

lolol There is no Shiro x Neko anywhere, period, because it's not canon and it doesn't exist. Even the official GoHands artwork confirms Shiro x Kuroh. Seriously. Google "Kuroh x Shiro official" and look at the GoHands artwork. That shit is canon; not any Neko/Shiro crap

Finally finished this.

Overall i still like mikoto and reisi fight and so. Mikoto does give a strong impact. Anna still quite weak presence.

Hmm. . I think some powers still remained in all. If there's going to be s3...why not? 😍

Another season to take care of loose ends would be nice. Hopefully they make a sequel, instead of prequels and side stories.

It doesn't make sense. Shiro's sword should of fallen directly on his head AND NOT in front of him to land on the slates.

His real body- that the gold king had preserved, was used to host his current mind. The young body that he left belonged to a random kid that the other king (the 7th that could change bodies) had once used to possess. Hence the former mind of the young boy came back and shiro went to his former body

Oh so Shiro got his original body back? That's cool, his personality didn't suit that young one ^^

Overall not quite as good as the first season. The villains were kinda boring to me and there were some plotholes. 6/10

I like season one and movie much better than this. So many fan services, plot holes, and rushing things. But I like the graphic and animations though.

my big issues are: plot holes.
How does kuroh use his hand ability after the slate is destroyed? we never even get confirmation on how he and yukari got their abilities. are they strains? did they get it from ichigen miwa? but if they did they should have lost their abilities when miwa died right? they should have lost their abilities anyway if they were strains. same for the green clan lady who saves Fushimi. Why doesn't fushimi use his powers when he fights the green clan guy? he should still have the blue clan and green clan's abilities, unless his blue clan abilities were stored in his sword. Why do the silver clansmen never use their silver clan abilities? none of them ever defy gravity and we never get to see how the silver power manifests. Red manifests as fire, green as lightning, blue as laserish things, gray as fog, and colorless as the kabuki using mind based abilities. we never get to see how the silver power manifests because shiro ALMOST NEVER USES IT. we get a hint when his Weissman levels max out and we see crystals forming so maybe crystal? but why don't we ever get to see that in action? silver king vs. green king was also super anticlimactic. i was hoping to see some of the shiro's abilities used in an actual fight but nope. honestly, Mikoto and Munakata's fights in the first season were better than every fight in return of kings. Overall, the plot holes ruined it for me. but something i did love was that the silver king got his original body back and survived. I liked that detail.

Itadakimasu!

And that was the end. Glad to see angela return for the finale. I'm still wondering why they didn't perform the OP at the time. I preferred the 1st season more as it just blew my mind. If there's one thing that remained consistent, it was the fanservice for my waifu's, Seri and Neko. Bless you for that. I'll miss my waifu's and Sumika as well.

man, I just... love this sequel despite what most of you guys think... I think I like it even more than the s1.

Anyway!!! You know it's a good show when you rewatch it and get excited as much as the first time.

The parts with Kuroh especially, were pretty epic.

Not perfect, but a pretty good ending, now I can't wait for the Seven Stories next summer.

Hi guys, if all their powers are gone with the destruction of the slates, does that mean that Adolf K. Weissman is no longer immortal? Please help me confirm this!!! >.< I'm just really sad thinking how Kuro nad Neko will die eventually and he'll be left alone. But if his immortality is gone now, then that would really put me at ease. :)

One of the K side story manga confirmed that the white haired boy that Weissman possessed is named Toru Hieda. After the incident in K: Return of Kings, he got his body back when Weissman loses his power and went back to his original body. Afterwards, Toru Hieda lives with Weissman, Kuroh, and Neko in their appartment. :)

With the ending of the season I think it had its purpose, but with that I think that it was a bit dissapointing. I was hoping it woul show what happened to everyones clan after the slates were deystoyed.

This second season was better than the first, but not for launch fireworks!!!!
Happy final when the "gods" won and the "bads" died, but in my opinion, I would have preferred the disaster and the change, but I am not the Boss!!!! kekeke

6/10 for this season!!!! ;)

-I feel really sad for the greens and when I realized that the green king will die when the slate is destroyed, and gray king staying with him, and sukuna crying, AND especially when they showed their moment together :(
-And neko is still annoying until the end. Kuro and shiro is really boring tbh. I think the others deserved to be the main protagonist of the story. I wish Neko died too when the slate is destroyed. SORRY.
-The fushimi and Yata's friendship is back!!
- Love the appearance of mikoto throughout this season. I miss u Mikoto.
- But still the biggest disappointment is the silver King!!

Just asking is the anime finished? Like plot wise, does the ending look like a complete ending?

Well, I certainly loved watching K. I only wish the substance had been on par with the animation style. Not to say it was ever bad - just that it always seemed to fall flat right as things were kicking up. I just didn't feel that invested into the grand conflict at large and if anything, I actually felt more sympathetic towards Nagare and his ambitions.

On one hand, destroying the slates doesn't seem to actually bring peace or happiness - it just reasserts the original hierarchy of power & survival of the fittest that existed prior to their discovery. Let's not forget that WWII was raging when the slates were first discovered. In that sense, it's entirely possible that the world Nagare envisioned could have been the lesser of two evils.

Though with that said, if the fate of every king is to have a Damocles Down, then every species of calamity can't even begin to describe the inevitable conclusion of Nagare's so-called "evolution."

I suppose with all of that said, I will give K a bit more credit as I never thought of Nagare as a villain. Rather than seeing this all in black and white, the entire situation has as many colors as there were kings.

7/10
