| Summer: Prison School, Gate, Overlord, Gangsta, Durarara... Full of good and decents animes. My favorites from other seasons have been Jojo SC S2 (Winter), FSN UBW S2 and Kekkai Sensen (both Spring), and Owarimonogatari (Fall). |

| Summer represent Akagami no Shirayuki-hime, Rokka no Yuusha, Prison School, Ushio to Tora + DRRR The feeling is much different when the season is made by a whole bunch of new anime from when a season is entirely made from sequels which without them would be uber trash |

| Winter had Tokyo Ghoul √A, Assassination Classroom, Durarara x2 Shou and of course my personal favourite anime this year Yuri Kuma Arashi. Though there were disappointments in the form of Aldnoah.Zero S2 and Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls, still a solid season all things considered. Spring had Hibike (2nd favourite anime of the year), Danna ga nani S2 and Hello KinMoza. Show by Rock and Nagato Yuki-chan weren't what I'd call good shows but I enjoyed them. Though it also had Ultimate Otaku Teacher and DxD BorN which are the two worst anime I've seen all year. Summer had Himouto, Working S3, Non Non Biyori Repeat (3rd favourite anime of the year), Wakaba Girl and Wakako-zake. But then there was also shit like Shimoneta, Sky Wizards Academy and Okusama. This season was pure shit. Osomatsu-san had an amazing first ep but all the episodes I've seen since aren't even close to that level of comic genius. All the shows that people are actually enjoying are sequels to shows I haven't even seen yet aside from One Punch Man which is to date the only show on this site with a rating above 9 that I've outright disliked. All of them have been good except for the current season, but I'll give winter the victory if only because of Yuri Kuma. Although if we're counting movies then the combination of Hibike and Love Live would give Spring the lead. |
