| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- So in this chapter we're properly introduced to the 3 new characters also planning to join the college's pop music club - Akira Wada, Ayame Yoshida and Sachi Hayashi. Have to say, Yui's pretty gutsy, even after ticking off Akira by sleeping through the entrance ceremony and drooling on Akira's shoulder in the process, she still went straight in and hugged her afterwards. XD Interesting that Ayame and Sachi are quite happy to let that happen as well, I guess Yui has unintentionally broken the ice between the two groups so now we'll get to see them interacting a lot more. XD Only downside so far is that it's hard not to notice at least slight parallels between Mio and Akira, and between Ritsu and Ayame (not sure about Sachi yet since she hasn't really said anything yet :P), so hopefully the dynamic between these new girls won't feel too repetitive. But they seem like fun characters and I've enjoyed this manga so far so I'll most likely keep enjoying it. |
