That dedication...Did they all ditch school for this? Weird lady lol. She's cool, but causes problems. She's a thief, but seems to have justice. YAY a round round, dynamic character. | you know.. gender bender types of Anime kinda function in two ways. 1. Not full gender-bender. Meaning type of bender where guys soul/mind gets simply stuck in girls body. Which means they think and feel still like a guy. In those type of benders it's quite disturbing to see gender bent character being with a guy. As in the end, it's still pretty gay. 2. Full gender bender. Type of bender where guy gets girls body, BUT.. also chemistry changes, over time mindset and so on.. meaning the guy becomes fully a girl, will think like a girl and feel like a girl. In those types of benders, gender bent guy falling for guy is fine. As chemistry and everything are basically opposite sex. Only difference is that gender bent guy who is now girl, simply has the memories and thoughts of the time when she still used to be he. Moral of the story. Full gender bender is pretty nice. Temporal or not true gender bender is only good for guy to test stuff out as girl. Physical/carnal means. If not full gender bent character falls for guy, then it simply means he is gay. Whilst in full gender bender. It can't be gay as character fully becomes different sex. This anime seems to fall to the type 2. Which I quite enjoy. Type 1 makes me kinda "ugh..this is a story of character becoming fag" I don't really hate shounen ai/yaoi genre...just not my cup of tea. More in rant spoiler.. UPDATE: Accidentally spoiled myself and read that she so most of my rant and comment just became absolutely useless trash. |
