Deadman wonderland and Samurai Gun are filled with scenes like these, later more than former.
Though I would've watched Kaiji for this purpose.

How about Mobile Suit Victory Gundam? According to most people its the darkest and most violent Gundam series in the franchise. I haven't seen it myself, though.

After reading Deadman Wonderland there's really no point in watching the anime. They're the same and in the anime things are left out.
