Some people may not have the mobility/strength to go all the way to the ankles or even in line with knees.Normally wouldn't bother on ep discussions, but noting that a few have stated they are actually using the exercises given in the videos then you all need to be aware she's only going about half as far down as your meant to for a proper squat. If you really want to do them properly and; for whatever reason, never learned then just know a proper regular squat your hips should be at least parallel to your knees before you come back up, with as your able going lower to the point your a$$ is about as low as your ankles. If you feel a tug on your knees before getting there then know you need to widen at your hips to go further down. |
