| The first episode was really meh for me, but it's gotten gradually more entertaining. It's interesting to see the attitudes and dynamics of others toward someone who has pretty much achieved the pinnacle in a given area (in this case, Saitama's abilities as a superhero as it pertains to heroes vs villains) and who has also already achieved their dream and how they deal with what has a become a mundane and apathetic existence as a result. Saitama is a character that I find odd and curious, and the same applies to how everything has played out when he got involved. |

| Sonic was at first really cool but against Saitama he looked like nothing. Hammerhead seems to have a crazy big head lol. So Saitama and Genos want to became "real" heros. Curious what will happen in this hall 6. All in all an good episode with a lot of really funny things. |

| Hmm, pretty boring episode, the same as previous one. Both new characters were really uninteresting and pulled right out of sentai cliche pool without any real twist. I thought this show tries to be a parody but at the end of the day it basically the same. I haven't laughed once this time as all those jokes were pretty stupid. Maybe if I was 10 or something I would enjoy this much more... Well. But there are evidently many people who are satisfied with anything cool-looking so maybe it's just me that I expected something more here. The only positive thing here was that incoming hero registration test, let's hope that at least the next episode will be better. |

| I already posted something on Goodreads but I might as well post it here, too. I'm just reading the manga as I watch this. Just starting to do things like that. HAHA. well, we're onto the next story. This time with HAMMERHEAD. we also get to meet a new character named Sonic. He looks like a character from 'Bungou Stray Dogs'. I think that I remember telling myself that I was going to watch the anime alongside reading the chapters. Anyway, Sonic seems cool so far. I always have a weakness for characters that seem slightly insane. HAHA. He's like, "gotta stop my bad habit" and I'm like, "what. smiling?" SANIK. GOTTA GO FAST. Whelp. I've started to watch the anime along with reading the manga. We'll see how this goes. HAHA. I'm going to try to keep in track with what chapters go with which episode. I'm supposed to be sleeping right now but I'm staying up so I can take my sister to work since there's only one vehicle between us now. All of the nakedness. HAHA. With a single punch his special armor was broken. ALSO, Chapter fourteen is when Sonic and Saitama get to meet! Ahhhh. That smile that Sonic makes it adorable yet frightening. HAHAHA. Looks like we're going to get to meet a couple of robots. I wonder how long that they're going to last. HAHA. Poor bald guy. I feel like he's me. "Mommy, I'll... look for a job". HAHAHA. MAN. Saitama's serious problem : "I'm not famous". Dude. Same. You have to go through a series of tests in order to gain that Super Hero title. HAHA. Apparently, the organization had started around the same time that Saitama became a self-proclaimed hero. The dude's name is Chinner and his chin looks like balls so I'm guessing that Saitama was the one who spurred his decision to make a Super Hero organization. WHOA. PERFECT MUSHROOM HAIR. Looks like he's the creator of Genos. WHOA. Armor that'll make him stronger than Saitama? That'll be interesting. The anime showcases this interaction but there isn't this in the manga. Maybe it's further down along and I just haven't gotten to it yet. HAHAHA. CHECKMATE. I've seen this scene before thanks to some Jin cosplays. Episode 4 = Vol. 2. Ch. 12-15 |
| Saitama truly makes it look like he is invincible, a hybrid of superman and Son Goku in their prime. Im not complaining, I get the punch line, but I can't help but wonder how they will go from here... Oh not to mention that there must be something more to Saitama than just his "rigorous" training! Taking into account the nature of the show, they could go with something on the lines of "willpower" xD |
