We get some flashbacks as well and tbh, I think it's predictable with the culprit. Glad to see that they solved the mystery even though someone did get hurt. D: |

| good episode. i kinda guessed it was longtao when i saw the picture too, having studied HK's history extensively in school... but i couldnt explain how such a young-looking boy could be the killer lol. The reason he remained so young was kinda incredible... but i guess its an anime so anything is possible. killing people is wrong, but i kinda pity him. And looks like the Puppeteer escapes yet again. i'm sure kindaichi will 1UP him someday. |

| So it was Longtao. Interesting that he stopped growing and looking older in those 18 years. Looks like he got a major growth spurt at the end there. |

| Satisfying ending to that case. It's interesting how they drew attention away from the obvious suspect since he appeared to be a boy. The only downside is that I'm not finding Hell's Puppeteer to be all that great of a villain. |

In any case, Takato coming up with the murder schemes is more believable than common people suddenly coming up with elaborate murder tricks as is the case with common detective stories. I mean how many people can actually think of such complicated tricks every time they want to murder several people? |

| The thing that I found weird is that a 28 y.o. boy or man have a voice of Kugimiya Rie the tsunder- eee.. I mean a girl/young boy, the high-pitch xD Thankfully Akechi didn't die because his heart is in weird place, left chest.. That's so weir- oh wait Takatou just troll'd the entire police dep and Kindaichi, good trick.. good trick xD |

| Ahhhh now I remember why I liked this show :> However, things that bothered me about this case: - How can a kid keep the same voice for that long of a time and skip puberty? The "under stress stunts growth" thing doesn't make sense - the half and half in the elevator doesn't make sense bc Longtao is shorter than the "women in red" - too coincidental that every time someone died, Kindaichi was holding the weapon... but good case regardless |
