| Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita is probably my favorite ecchi because the mc girl is so freaking cute and the theme is hilarious. I rated it a 6 because I thought the writing was kind of bad lol but I don't think it was meant to have "stellar" writing anyways. The series was meant to keep your attentiona and it did exactly that. I just don't understand why people wil get on me about giving certain animes a 6, but a 6 meant that I liked it. Even some animes with a 4 had things I enjoyed, but they were overall really bad lol. It doesn't mean they will be bad to everyone else. | To put it into perspective I rated the first season of Yuru Yuri a 5, the second a 6, and the third a 7. When I told my brother this he said "oh, so it's not very good" and I told him "no, it's an amazing anime. You should really watch it". |

| 5 and 6s are both ratings I give to series I found average. My 6s are shows that maybe failed to move me but still had interesting settings or intriguing characters that made the whole time I spend watching it worth it. |

| I see many people voted that they think a 6/10 is considered bad. I'll list some of the animes I have given a 6 and I'll explain why I gave them the score. Why am I doing this? Because I am bored and I need to be mentally stimulated somehow. You guys should also explain why you have given certain animes a 6 :) it'll give me something to read lol. Clannad:after story I loved the scenery and I actually liked the plot a lot. The plot was the best thing about the series as well as the character Ushio. Why did it not get higher from me? I hate the character cliches, and the cliches are a bit too much to overlook. Also, despite the plot being good I thought the actual writing for the plot was underachieving. I know many people said the ending ruined it for them, but I didn't think the ending was as bad as people claimed. Although, it would have been better if the ending was completely different. Dirty Pair To me, it is mindless entertainment. I enjoy the girl power theme and I like how both the characters are strong female role models. However, there is nothing special about the series at all. There is nothing bad about it, but there is nothing good about it other than the characters (even then the characters aren't stellar). FLCL I know people will hate me for this lol. I loved fooly cooly as a kid, it was my favorite anime at the time I watched it. I watched it when I got older and I now understand the theme, but I also don't think it's spectacular. Again, there is nothing bad about this show, infact the writing is better than any of the 6s I have given to the other animes I just listed. The big O I love the writer for this anime (he helped write for hellsing and serial experiments lain), but there was something missing from this show. I thought the theme was great, but I felt the writing was a bit bland. This is surprising since the lead writer wrote such great animes. Yuru Yuri This show is so freaking cute I can't even take it. I know some people say it's geared towards men, but I felt it was geared towards women actually. I can't rate it higher than a 6 because nothing stood out other than the cuteness. Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita Like I said above, I actually love this show a lot and I usually don't like ecchi. Yes, there is fanservice and I hate fanservice, but I knew that going into this series. The writing is not very good, but it's not meant to be good and I don't care. It's funny and Fino is so adorable. |

| Mediocre. I am new to anime (started in January 2015). Some people may call it casual, so I am still watching mostly those things who I expect to be enjoyable. Mostly looking at rating, genre and recommendations. But I do realize there are exceptions like School Days, who received so much undeserved hate. |
