Apparently September 30th is the day the last blu-ray volume is out. So there could be something, as sales seem to be doing well.
Reminder that the original announcement for part 3 was in december (if I remember correctly), so this could also be something along those dates.

Sales are doing good? How are they doing exactly. Last time I heard about the BD sales they were far from good


Stardust crusader season 1 averaged at around 12k per bluray and season 2 at around 8k. Those sales are a far cry from the 2012 series' 19k average but I wouldn't exactly call them bad sales.

Sadly. according to this site: http://blog.livedoor.jp/jyojyo_soku/archives/45553738.html there is no "to be continued" in the last episode of the blu-ray version...

theres still a david pro-hosted jojo event on october 24 (why would they host an event for a series they dont have to promote any more?) and josuke and crazy diamond are getting their super action statues re-released this winter, so dont lose hope. the dreams not dead yet
