| This anime is just too disappointing, from the start the art is far from likable. And then I didn't expect the main character to be like that, but I can still pass that. The worst thing is the pacing and how they adapt the story. The plot was changed too much from the original material. I love the game and how the story unfolds in the game. How the MC becomes the leader of the 1st unit after Lindow disappears, and how there are ranks within as well. How Alisa was controlled to trap Lindow, and when they finally find clues and try to find him was really epic And what did they remove again, Shio. They removed Shio. I can't believe it. Soma's tale of romance and friendships which ended in tragedy of the aegis. I wish they could've just stick with the game and doesn't add useless and boring stuff in it. The part with the scientists might not be too bad, because it explains the development of the Aragami. But everything else is just rubbish. Might be 9 episodes or 12 episodes. Get the game if you want a better story. |

| Just to clarify a few things: It's only airing 9 episodes on TV because the anime was only scheduled for 12 weeks on the channel it airs on (1 episode a week), but the delays fucked it up and now they can't air it anymore since another show is taking its time slot for next season. The remaining episodes will most likely be on the BDs. 12 episodes in total. |

| What a disappointment. I don't think that the (hypothetical) second season would be good with this level of episodes. It's not the typical 12 or 13 episodes for season that ufotable usually does. I see a future trainwreck. |

Also, it's Bandai's money so ufo doesn't give a crap. They filled the time with GE related material and followed each episode with the upcoming game's ad. I'd say all parties are satisfied. |
