| Yeah that was very cruel, especially of glasses girl assuming she didn't say all that as part of the payoff. If she really felt that way she should have said so before he put the collar on, there was time. Once he did she shoulda kept quiet and not shown any emotion, but she brought him the fear of death, and the despair that came with it, just before his end. Really just an ugly story arc, but then they all are with this series. |

I could tell what was going to happen from the moment they walked into the hospital room, but I just thought that they'd take his money away after a while and then watch them leave him, then after that have the girl confess while he's putting on the collar. Giving hope, snatching it, and then giving it again, before snatching it again seems more cruel. Seemed a bit more ambiguous to me, but I might have missed out on the confirmation that she was still acting since she denied it when he asked. Either way my point stands. |
