| Normally I tend to dislike series were the MC is overpowered, but here it seems that is precisely at the very core of the plot and done quite tongue in cheek. Seems like it will be fun. You can always trust Madhouse with manga adaptions. |

| DAT BUDGET. Or whatever it is, the animations were top notch, music and VAs very fitting, adapted faithfully and basically perfect. I don't know what complains could this get other than "UMG is this another shounen with OP characters??!!11" if that is the case, get out, this show isn't for you. |

| I can see the budget in this one, lol. This first episode was fucking awesome, lol. I can see why this one's hyped, because it was pretty amazing, lol. I can't wait for more! I'll definitely be enjoying this one. I know I absolutely enjoyed this first episode. Funny OP and pretty nice ED. |

| I watched this because it was one of the most hype anime this season. It was fine but nothing else stood out than the comedy. I know that this is going to be interesting in the next episodes. |
| That difference between dream and reality... and the fact that everything can be so easily destroyed proves to be entertaining! Living close to Saitama though... the fact his alarm clock "vaporizes", living below him would be dangerous, though a marked area for where the clock hits should suffice. |

| So excited this is finally here. Been waiting for this since they first announced it. Loving the OP song. The visuals are amazing. ED song is great as well. Loving Saitama and taking out the villains with just one punch. That fight in the end was freaking amazing and spectacular. Incoming Genos next week. Cannot wait. He is one of my favorite characters. |

| Very good adaption so far. A few hick-ups in sound and voice choices imho but the transitions betweens chapters were very well done, mimic and gestic jokes were well done and the action animation was superb. You could literally feel the impact. Thanks Based Madhouse. |

| I have to admit that this was pretty damn good! So is Vaccine Man a distant relation to Piccolo from DBZ? Saitama is so OP, but that is what makes this funny! He is looking for the one enemy he can't beat in one punch, but still has fun being a hero. LOL! That dream was all too good! |

| the animation was damn fabulous. who said rakudai no kishi animation is the best? and the opening managed to raise my adrenaline stat x) as expected from madhouse, the plot is not heavy yet it makes sense, hope it keeps at this rate |

| I don't understand why this is hyped up to be "AOTY" standard from episode 1, it's hardly deserving of it, everything was good and dandy in terms of animation as it normally is with Madhouse, but everything else seemed nothing out of the ordinary, particularly humour, hope it gets better in the upcoming episodes, mangafags. |
