So a view of the manager this week and it seems like Konno doesn't have it easy either.
But it seems she is enjoying her work and that's what matters.

I'm really enjoying this show very much. I'm glad that I picked it up.
Dub = fake crap. Always.

Konno was pretty adorable, though it was pretty obvious earlier in the anime that her personality wasn't cold.

Guess next episode finally deals with Rin's troubles and her career path.

It was nice to have an episode, dedicated to the manager.

I loved how they had the mascot introduce Konno's job this episode. Managers need some love and appreciation too. Their lives aren't any easier than the Seiyuu they work with. Konno worked so hard for Futaba's sake, the end hug wasn't enough of a reward (though she probably enjoyed it a lot).

And for some reason, Konno's expression sometimes reminds me of Konata from Lucky Star.

Slayers is such a classic. I approve!

Haha this episode was really good, damn, this series is one of those hidden gems, I'm so glad I picked it up *o*
"In the past few months since we met, I've shared many memories with Nagato. Though I've also shared memories with Haruhi, Asahina-san and Koizumi, I found that I've experienced more events with Nagato in particular. In fact, every situation seems to involve her. I might as well mention this, she's probably the only person to cause the bell within me to shake the most vigorously..." ~ Kyon, TMOSH

What an adorable episode. I first thought that Konno was a bit cold but it's nice to see her perspective and how she works hard as Futaba-chan's manager.

Btw, I thought this anime was just going to have 14 episodes but now it's uncertain again. Will it be 2-cour?

A more manager centered episode this time, I had no idea they need to do all that. It was enjoyable and very informative. That sprint scene and Konno’s “Sacrifice” were also amusing to see.

It was funny when Konno fell and told her to continue without her and Futaba saying "I won't forget you".

I think it was a nice addition to have Konno's POV about some events that happened in previous eps. This definitely gave her character more depth which is always a good thing.

That said, it was a nice episode, Konno truly is a dedicated manager and I'm glad she's doing a great job. Not to mention that it was also nice to see the importance of being a manager. It truly seems to be a very hard job for sure.
