| Zen has always wished to connect with somebody. "Prince Zen, you are one of the country's princes. Among the people you will meet by chance, there will surely be someone you can trust. If you choose to distrust people, then those people will never appear before you." I think that says a lot about Mitsuhide's character. Even in the manga I still hope to read about Mitsuhide's past - before he met Zen. Before he met Kiki. ============================================================ What is this?? Giving Obi the part of taking down that spy instead of Zen. ¬_¬ In the manga, Zen dealt with the spy directly making it "worth it, allowing him to be easily seen together with Shirayuki". It was clever and he protected Shirayuki (telling her to keep her distance when she wanted to approach so the guy wouldn't have a chance to try anything). I can't make sense of the changes they've made to the anime. |

| The relationship between Mitsuhide & Zen is much more interesting than lovey dovey relationship between Zen & Shirayuki, this episode confirmed it once again. It feels natural & nothing overly dramatic, unlike the latter which has been very overly dramatic & unnatural. Well, basically the romance part is not the strong aspect of this show so far. Which is unfortunate. |

While I've seen far worse in the romance dept, Obi and Mitsuhide are far more intriguing as characters than any backstory or cuteness between Zen and Shirayuki. Slow development is cool though, so I'll wait. |

It's something that every shoujo anime has, a very dramatic & "dreamy" relationship between the protagonist and the love interest. I do not think it will change. So I hope they will not focus too much on the romance aspect. |

| And that's how you mix up a backstory with its relative flashbacks and the development of two other characters in a single episode, simply excellent. Also, I'm starting to like Obi finally, now we only miss Kiki's spotlight. |

| This episode is my favorite so far. Something about it just got me, I like how things are getting tied closer together. I never really payed attention to it before but the atmosphere and ost of this episode were really beautiful |

| The episode was alright, not enough Zen x Shirayuki imo. Zen is really kind with Obi, it was a mercenary before and now he is the Prince's messenger. |
| Obi is now the best character, if Zen and Shirayuki didn't already love each other, I would rather ship Shirayuki with Obi. Mistuhide is pretty sick. Drunk Shirayuki was hilarious as was jealous Zen. |

Which is unfortunate. word The flashbacks are, again, the highlight of the episode, and the slow discussion between Zen and Obi was interesting as well. The show is at its lowest point when it's some scene revolving around the relationship between Shirayuki and Zen. Shirayuk herselfi is a fine character, potentially the best character in the series, so give her more screen time that isn't related to Zen. |

| Drunk women sleeping are hot. Such a bunch lucky bastards. Kiki is hot too. Her and Mitsuhide need to end up together, or I'll riot. Zen just upgraded his crew. Obi is a good addition. He's a bit of a wild card, but that can be totally useful as a prince. |

| Episode very smooth, although there were moments a little bit mushy and situations in the déjà vu, the good part where there is a flashback, as a whole, the narrative of the qualities that make you forget the flaws seen today. Drawings and animations still excellent, great quality by Studio Bones, I'm happy. :D |

| While drunk Shirayuki is great, especially because it allowed Hayami to have a bit more fun with the role... I'm more grateful for the additional history for Mitsu and Zen. Zen semi-officially welcomed Obi to the team, who proved how perceptive he can be to other people's emotions. And you just gotta love a rogue who's officially employed by the government. How long this can last, remains to be seen. I definitely wouldn't mind a bit of background on him, too. |
