 The official Twitter account of Comics B's-LOG has announced that Ototachibana's manga Shounen Maid will receive an anime adaptation. More details will be revealed in a later issue of the magazine.Shounen Maid is written and illustrated by Ototachibana and was serialized in the fourth issue of Comics B's-LOG in 2008. There are currently eight volumes published. Synopsis Chihiro is left homeless with supposedly no relatives after his mom died. As he worries about what to do next, his uncle shows up and plans to take care of him...or is it the other way around? | With shota younger boys starting to increasingly appear in anime(-related media) (edit: as in for a female audience. After all, it's if anything unusual to have no boys in series for boys, ahahaha... （´<_｀ ）Well, the same goes for manga for girls to some extent, but I suppose you get what I mean) as well, I wonder if this might be a trend now (if it isn't already). Aside from that, I'm happy that series which started several years ago also (still) get anime adaptions; that makes me hope that other long-running/(concluded) older ones might get adapted as well, despite not being recent works. | Yes, anime called SHOUNEN Maid with a short haired guy in shorts is definitely and totally supposed to make you think the MC is a girl. What the hell, people, do you even know what trap means or do you call that every non inflated male character? At first I thought it was a continuation of Kuro-kun but apparently not so I'm not gonna watch. I'm not much into shows full of men doing cute stuff (or manly stuff). |
