Toriko is actually a big manga hit? Who knew?

And it appears that much like end of the year film blockbusters, all the heavy hitters release volumes around Christmas time; damn near every major shounen/shoujo/seinen hit has released a new volume in the past few weeks.

If I remember reading correctly, Toriko has definitely been gathering steam for the past half year, so I'm not too surprised to see it up there. I was actually expecting to see more sales for the first week.

Anyway, 1.3 million+ for volume 56, which supposedly had the highest record printing for a release of a volume. Also expecting to see a bit more there from all the hype I was reading (and with the new movie coming out this weekend in Japan), but its still freaking high.

I bought One Piece volume 56, it's awesome and Naruto Official Premium Fan Book is a must buy for me because because because the book contains comments from authors of One Piece, Dragon Ball, etc. Hell yea oh and Yotsubato volume 9

One Piece continues to sell insane amounts. In contrast, I love seeing Bleach's sales continue to decline.

Reborn sold a bit more than DGM this time. I would like to see both break 500K again.

Toriko and Mago make me happy with their rising sales. Nice to see Kurenai too.

Love seeing Medaka Box chart. I hope it has a good 2nd week too. Ane doki pulled a bit ahead of it too.

Few people still likes Bleach, they complain about the recent volumes on the reviews but they continue to buy the manga hoping that Bleach will someday get right back on track. Manga's aren't expensive in Japan so there's another reason. Also the author of Gintama is addicted to Bleach

Bleach seems to randomly go from great to terrible back to great imo.

also Reborn! is probably my favorite shonen that isn't Conan or One Piece right now so it's good to see that it sells well.

Is it just me or are One Piece's sells going up, shouldn't it be the opposite? Over 3 times more than Bleach too, One Piece owns Japan.
