| There's too much backlash hate against Shingeki no Kyojin because its mainstream appeal overshadows its rightful status as a masterpiece. The same people who finished S1 despite "hating" it will also "grudgingly" watch S2 just to "see what all the hype is about". Berserk and 20th Century Boys can get adapted and get 9+. Not sure about other series. |

| Like people above me said, if Berserk and 20th CM got proper, fully realized adaptations, they would both be likely to get around 9, easily. I'd like to see PunPun and The Zeroth Maria get adapted, because both COULD be 9's but you would have to have a stupidly good team to make that work, if it's even possible. For the near future, OPM has the best chance. The remake is fantastic and the teaser they showed looked great. |

It's been two and a half years since it's 9.00 so why drop now? The ones above 8.91 hardly ever drop once settled except LoGH and Clannad lately. OT: Mushishi movie w/o any element of doubt due to the comments I've heard about it. Sorry OPM, but hype will destroy you. It will be awesome if Owarimonogatari gets above 9.00 but I don't want to see it above CG. |

| Excluding the Gintama sequels, there is roughly a new (and long lasting) 9+ rated anime every two years, so there won't be another one until at least 2016. I have no idea what it will be though. |
