Does the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Manga have an ending?

I watched the show about a year ago and was thinking about picking up the manga. Is the manga any good and does it have an ending? It's okay if it doesn't I'm just curious. If you could not spoil anything after the Disappearance, I'd appreciate it.
