| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Eh, the finale was kinda meh. We get some softball practice and bowling session. Just another fun and typical slice of life finale with all the characters. Nothing special imo although it's kinda fun I guess? I preferred the episodes 10-13 throughout this season with the tone change. The slice of life bits are really a hit or miss for me, mostly miss in the latter half. Second half of the finale was slightly better I guess at the festival. 6/10. |

| Endless Eight cafe scene? Except it won't repeat... Kyon is still being awkward around Yuki-chan and thinks about Yuki, though. Various activities go on. As expected, Yuki-chan is not good at sport types. Wow, OnoD's character giving suggestion. Summer festival and lol @ that sempai who is into that thing. He plans to respond to Yuki's confession. His inviting to Yuki-chan made Haruhi admit defeat, it seems. He just said there's no way he will hate her... Wow, did Yuki came back? They still got chance to watch firework. Then back to normal when break is over. I thought Endless Eight happens here, too, but it was another cafe scene after summer break... Cannot wait for OVA. |

| Only good thing in this entire Anime was Suzumiya Haruhi and that kyon BGM at the end of this episode. Kinda disappointed. |

| I actually liked the show. It took a couple episodes to catch my attention, but it honestly grew on me. I'll be disappointed if it doesn't get a second season, because I don't feel like this was a great note to end on at all, but it won't kill me if it doesn't continue. I hope the ova is more than just a bonus episode. |

| Well I am happy that we could see material from the Suzumiya Haruhi series, even though it's a spin off. It disappointed me a little bit but it was a nice ride. 6/10. About this episode, although it was a beautiful moment, Haruhi's reaction when Kyon took Yuki away shattered my heart in one thousand million pieces. References to the original series and Endless Eight are great. "Kyon-kun denwa!" is back! |

| Was only really worth it for the Disappearance arc, but it wasn't too bad overall. 7/10 |
| It was average for the most part, but Dissapearance arc was great, so my finale score is 7/10. |
| I admire the call back to the endless 8 arc. Really thought there was going to be a twist for a second. I didn't like how this basically puts them back at square one. No progress was made, nothing changed. Disappointing Nagato at least played it off like she didn't hear any of that, but she did. |

| Take original Haruhi, leave out everything that was interesting and you have this show. Almost every character was reduced to just parody of its former self. And what's more - most of the scenes were so boring to watch and not funny at all in comparison with original series. Even Kyon/Yuki relationship was so awkward and had many uncomfortable moments it was pain to watch. There was simply nothing you wouldn't call ordinary and the only good parts in this series were the ones that were copied from its predecessor to bring some nostalgy at least. The worst of this series was that those two couldn't find they a way to be together by themselves, they need to be forcefully pushed by others. There was simply no chemistry between both of them (if you want see real chemistry look for Kyon/Haruhi scene by the stream in episode four). And it was really strange Kyon choose current Nagato when Asakura told him that other Nagato and current Nagato are basically two different persons (and he fell in love with other Yuki not with current one). It really didn't make any sense. It almost felt to me like they know they are not fit for each other but tried just about everything to deny this fact. Four episodes of old Yuki greatness are not enough to save this series. Not to mention there was no real conclusion and the trope with not being able to hear other's voice during fireworks was just as bad as the rest of this show. 4/10 Really disappointing spin-off. |

| Haha, that last scene was just pure trolling, making you think they were stuck in a loop. Pure genius! Otherwise, average episode. That confession to the other Yuki seemed very stupid. Meh, as a big fan of Yuki and the Haruhi franchise, I must say I'm disappointed. Of course, I didn't expect something as cool as the original series or Shoushitsu, but Yuki in the Shoushitsu movie was so perfect and this one definitely lacked something. I know they're supposed to be the same Yuki, but it doesn't look that way at all to me. Another very disappointing thing is Kyon. This guy is supposed to be very funny and cynical, but he was just a plain MC in this spin-off. That BGM at the end of this episode made me think of the real Kyon's awesomeness. On the good side, there are a lot of fun and interesting references and it's nice to see some characters a bit more in the spotlight. Especially Tsuruya. It will get a 6/10 for me. |

Lmao, as soon as the episode opened up with his monologue, I knew it was coming. Endless 8 references everywhere. I guess it could have been better. I'd have to say it ended more or less how I expected. Though seeing Haruhi sad and trying to hide it made me put on my "Aww" face for a second. Good way to kill some time from Spring to mid-Summer. 7/10 |

| You can't have Haruhi Suzumiya without Endless 8. The after credits scene had all E8 written all over it xD Not bad episode but not great either. Hilarious moments here and there. Like, Mikuru and her blender craze, loved how she pushes Tsuruya off xD The love confession, eh I just didn't feel it. Kind of boring imo. 7/10 overall for the show. Asakura best girl imo. |

| Seriously Nagato I melted with feels there and you're saying you didn't hear a thing !!! tho I'm happy at least he said it!! Final episode was just Naah, like not the whole episode it's just that they ended it in what can I say a " Kuroko scene", a scene that left no impression and had no presence at all it didn't feel like final at all but maybe that was some kind of strategy for what comes next... anyways the whole thing was enjoyable and so refreshing. |
| KYON-KUN DENWA I didn't really like this spin-off too much, Nagato wasn't a character I particularly liked anyways, and the art style is so inferior to the other seasons. Hearing Haruhi saying yaay during the bowling thing was pretty heartmelting. I think I just liked seeing Haruhi screw around like usual because she's awesome in all her entirety. |

| Nagoto-san spin-off end. Last episode feel just like another episode. Since is a spin-off made for fans who ship KyoxNagato i don't have much expectations. I enjoy it like Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuuutsu because the comedy. |
| Surprisingly decent for a spin-off, didn't think I'd like Nagamon at first. I'd say it's probably impossible to come into this show fresh without having watched the mainline series first, you just wouldn't appreciate it as much. Overall, pretty satisfied with the ending- Kyon expresses his feelings to freaky-hybrid-Nagato. And the trollish ending made me recall the horror that was Haruhi season 2. Not cool man. |

| The anime was overall done better than the manga, which was pretty good itself. I honestly never thought this series would get an anime, although I did want it to happen. Can't wait for the OVA. Overall this series gets a 9/10 |
| This was enjoyable, I somehow really enjoyed the otherwise "generic" days, it was simple, but it was still fun. But yeah, the ending felt lackluster. I just wanted things to advance more, but there are always things to hinder advancements, such as any sort of loud noise for example. The Disappearance arc were great, but oddly, the highlight for me was on Haruhi. Her subtle affection for Kyon were surprisingly impacting. 8/10, this was enjoyable. |

| Okay this has ended, I never expected much and it was hit and miss for the most part, but Satelight did their bit very well and I have to acknowledge that. The story was rather normal and middle-of-the-road and if harshly said a bit boring but short sequences, animation effects, scene placing etc were above average. A 6.0~6.5/10 for me. Please, PLEASE the next main book, pretty please. |

| Yep, a good spot to end the series. They just can't resist to make a reference to Endless Eight eh. I'm not really sure if it's a mistranslation (either here or in the manga) but now I saw the 'confession' scene a bit different. If they decided to make a second season (doubtful), some parts would make more sense (for me at least). All in all, I really enjoyed this series. The Disappearance Arc was quite a joy to watch. I really liked what they did to that arc, good job Satelight! |
