| Unbelievable; this show is truly amazing! Now this series deftly tackles the RPG issue of insufficient funding when starting an adventure which is, like in the previous episode, merely symbolic for a much more grand real world social issue. Never before have I seen such powerful commentary on the issue surrounding women and their lower wages in the work force. There was even a much more subtle secondary commentary on prostitution and the degenerating value of the female body as even a sex toy; a theme that seems to conflict with the issue presented in episode one, but, upon closer inspection, merely highlights both primary issues confronted thus far. Truly, third wave feminism would do well to take from this series. |
