Disgusting.
Lets's see ansatsu, nnt, tk keep 500K+ sales at their 68th volume, oh wait they'd have finished by then XD
And early volume per volume bleach is sill higher than them XD

Yes, only thing saving it is high jump ratings.

I don't see anyone hating, it's just a response to seeing one of Jump's highest sellers go from selling what it used to sell in 1 week or less to barely being able to sell that in a full year,

In its defense, it doesn't have an ongoing anime.

Though the same can be said for FMA or HxH which didn't have ongoing anime for several years yet still sold 800-900k per volume before they got remade.

Bleach was mostly popular in the magazine/TOC ranking, but in terms of volume sales, it has a very short tail it seems.

Sales doesnt always equate to quality. I think that volume didnt have
in it.

It has!

But you're right. Just because of hype chapters in a volume doesn't make it increase sales noticeable.
For a volume to increase in sales, specially in the case of One Piece, it has to exist buzz about the series enough to bring at least 1 of 2 things:
- Fans that buy the series way later than when its released to not be able to wait.
- New Manga Fans that will jump right to the volume.

One Piece is right now really popular and visible in Japan. Everybody certainly heard about it. It will be difficult now to create enough buzz of it to do anything.

The magazine is also huge, 2.6 Million copies per week, and certainly majority of readers, if not all, read also One Piece. This means that the incentive to buy a Volume fast is not that big for either New Manga fans or Later volume buyer.

Neither did AssaClass for the longest time and it was still outselling same goes for a bunch of other titles as well, not sure why people automtically assume that having an anime means increased and Bleach did have an anime or you saying that none of the people who bought Bleach while the anime was still running is buying it now? Isn't the point of the anime is to advertise the manga to make new fans?

Shit rankings in Jump.

Because the current arc is terrible , if even readers are unsatsifed with the current product then you know you dun fucked up

-Rarely makes cover pages
-The manga isnt promoted

Bleach is 14 years old why the hell would it need promotion at this point especially in its final arc?

This is the current Top 10 based on all sales that we know as of the 33rd week.

ONE PIECE on top for the most recent volume (that 1.6M+ is from 3 days of sales), and surely is #1 for 2015 now, since it will probably have one more volume left for the year, and with Nanatsu no longer having a boost from the anime. Kingdom moves up again, and Tokyo Ghoul:re knocks NARUTO out of the Top 10.

because One Piece is a far superior series, and can continue bringing in fans due to its always interesting plot, unique characters, and endlessly expanding world, meanwhile Bleach has been the same for years and fans finally started getting sick of it About 6 years ago, and it losses more and more fans each volume. And you completely disregarded or didn't understand his point.

Actually you are wrong about AssClass, before its anime it sell quite well, and the anime gave it a bigger boost, so AssClass did not fail in that aspect.
Bleach sales dropped a lot, it used to be a top seller, now is it because it has no anime? I don't know.
One Piece is extremely popular and it sales, currently One Piece dominates the weekly and annually sales.

One Piece #77 spotted. XD That was sweet. One Piece #78 dominating as usual, but what I am interested in is its sales for a whole 7 days / a week. But regardless, the King is back on the list!

Good to see Aozora Yell hanging in there, I really hope that more of her works get the recognition it deserves (and anime pls). Kawahara Kazune is one awesome shoujo writer. I have forgotten that Ore Monogatari is also written by her.
Some of her works:
Ore Monogatari
Aozora Yell
Koukou Debut
Tomodachi no Hanashi
Sensei
Honobono Log - best slice of life short
--------------------------------------------
most kawaii loli overlord
----------------------------
Donquixote Doflamingo AMV - Control

Note that Assassination Classroom had an immense hype in its beginning that got a little down by its 2nd year, but this year in fact increased.
And no Assassination Classroom never was easily 1 Million copies. Not even Bleach was ever easily 1 Million copies.

1st Half best volumes
2013 -> 741,283 Assassination Classroom 2

Has Ore Monogatari gotten big boost?
I have heard Anime would be flop without big boost for manga.

Oremonogatari! is already showing signs of a good boost:
Volume 8: 160,413 (5 days) 247,571 (12 days) 292,956 (19 days)
Volume 9: 172,402 (4 days) 279,267 (11 days)

With it's third week sales, and possible fourth week sales, it'll definitely show that the anime has helped. And its two cour so it has even more time to get more boosts.

But the biggest surprise is Aoharu x Kikanjuu! This is a manga which has never charted on Oricon before.
Volume 6: Failed to chart, sold less than 22,971 copies. (3 days)
Volume 7: 11,030 (2 days) 35,321 (9 days)

Yet, volume 7 has already got such a good boost in just one episode! Amazing!

There is only 15k difference from the first week of the last volume.
Bleach's downward spiral continues.....

I don't think so. If we compare to other volume sales after 3 days we get:
BLEACH 50: 387322
BLEACH 53: 248429
BLEACH 54: 269751
BLEACH 60: 255363
BLEACH 63: 228154
BLEACH 65: 205159
BLEACH 67: 239346
BLEACH 68: 223964

2015 Manga sales thread updated:
http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1373137&show=0

Spreadsheet with calculations updated:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10K_N1R6l8reAqL4mioBECSNIJ6iqDo2FcouN79dg0Vc/edit?pli=1#gid=1549866658

*1 *8,825,406 ONE PIECE
*2 *7,876,423 Nanatsu no Taizai (七つの大罪)
*3 *6,294,931 Ansatsu Kyoushitsu (暗殺教室)
*4 *5,137,472 Shingeki no Kyojin (進撃の巨人)
*5 *3,667,182 Haikyuu!! (ハイキュー!!)
*6 *3,243,949 Ao Haru Ride (アオハライド)
*7 *2,917,331 Terraformars (テラフォーマーズ)
*8 *2,758,493 Kingdom (キングダム)
*9 *2,640,791 Tokyo Ghoul (東京喰種)
10 *2,483,053 Tokyo Ghoul:re (東京喰種:re)

Is it just me or is Tokyo Ghoul's(The first part) sale not being counted anymore...its been the exact same number, 2,640,791 for the past couple months now...

I am only using the Top 10 Weekly Manga Series sales and the Top 50 Weekly Manga volumes as reference points. Any volume that ranks between 51 and 500 in a week, and does not make the Weekly Manga Series, will fall under the thresholds. Those are the limitations to this data, so its actual sales is sitting between 2,640,791 and its upper bound of 3,350,538.

I have provided the max possible sales for all series in the spreadsheet and its rank based on max possible sales. So if every series were to be at their absolute upper bounds, then Tokyo Ghoul would currently 7th, but we have no way of knowing where it is exactly, unless someone is generous enough to post the longer manga sales list from Oricon Biz.
