I'm a sucker for romance anime as well, along with the all powerful slice of life genre. I can get into harem's ofc the only issue I have with a lot of them is so many of them are poorly done. | Haha it happens, even us veterans are still getting our bearings with MAL as they have been rolling out a lot of changes recently to the website. BRAAAAAZZZZIIIIIIIIIILLLLLL! Land of the beautiful women and weather! It's on my "need to visit" places before I kick the bucket. Do you have any genre/style/studio/series that you prefer? I am always open to recommendations. Philosophy major here, not quite the same but in general we both get to study humanity and their tendencies. Fun stuff for sure! Having procrastinated for weeks on introducing myself, I'm still thinking on why should I introduce myself now when I can always do it later. So yes, the angels in my mind won over the devils for now, so I'll be introducing myself....................eventually. CHEERS!  |

| Lol love how you just randomly have a wind instrument thrown in there, and the oboe at that. I've found most people typically either play only wind instruments or not at all. Looking at your list you seem to have similar taste to me. If you like classical music you should check out Nodame Cantabile. It's a fairly good rom-com that is based on a virtuoso pianist and a prodigal conductor. |

| Added both La Corda d'Oro and D-Frag to my P2W list. Your Lie in April was fantastic, it was definitely AotS for me. It got a little too preachy and metaphorical sometimes, but not enough to soil the series overall. Not gonna lie I teared up at the end...  Nodame Cantabile is definitely more easy going and light-hearted than Your Lie in April if you aren't ready for the feels-fest. It's like a third comedy, a third romance, and a third classical music appreciation fest. Just got done watching Mawaru Penguindrum myself, and still kinda feeling out what I wanna watch next. |

| That's a lot of work... Maybe some day. Spoiler tags for what? O.o I didn't say anything that was spoil worthy. The only thing I could possibly think of is my comment regarding Koi Kaze, but that is literally just copy/pasted from the synopsis on MAL which you see the second you search for the series. I'm not sure if you saw my comment to tchs but I'm pretty lax as far as posting rules go. I don't find it that big of a deal, plus this is a club and not a huge main message board. I would like you guys to feel free to do and post what you want without reprimand as long as it's not harming other users, ie trolling or just slinging insults. Besides sometimes it's easier to introduce yourself and feel welcomed when there is actually a conversation to join in on and contribute to. Those repeated intros with just a random "Welcome to the club!" response by an admin feel so cold and unwelcoming... :/ |

| Yeah I feel you... I used to play piano and viola way back in the day, so I probably understood it better than most, yet if you don't know the piece already than it's still hard to pick up. It was the character reactions that made it entertaining regardless. |
