| Wow, this first episode was so good, that it's better than all of the episodes in season one! I really loved how they pulled this off. Everything was perfect for me, from the opening, to the landscapes, and especially Renge (the true star of the show for me). When Hika-nee forgot her cell phone, I uncontrollably laughed out loud. Haha, this series is just too cute! I'm so happy that it's back. I'm 100% positive that this is going to be the anime of the season for me :) |

| Alright! Time for Second Season! nano.RIPE again! it was great OP song! Renge never fails to be the smile-less adorable kid! EPIC fail for Hikage because she forgot the cellphone! It's also good to see Komari, Natsumi & the silent Suguru. Is -dono suffix really higher than -sama suffix? The skeleton that Renge saw was like: >_< Landscape scenes were freakin'ly amazing as well. As for Hotaru, I'm a bit puzzled, why did she said: Do you think i'll make friends on my "NEW" school? did I miss something on S1? or that is just a flashback? (OK i now understand. That is why this is called "repeat") question answered. Great ED also on all four of them performed. 5/5. |

| Non Non Biyori is a gift given to us by the anime gods. I love this show. So peaceful and idyllic. Glad it's back. |
| You know, I think this episode wasn't as nice as the first season. It was lacking something, while still being a good watch. Probably because Hotaru was missing. I guess the group chemistry isn't the same without the usual 4th member. She moved in at the end, so it's not like it's going to be a problem. It was nice to see Renge discovering the school. I completely thought that she was already around as a kindergärtner before that, but in fact she was almost as much as a newcomer to the school as Hotaru when the series started. I'll remember that thing with the flying whales and mobile phone for the next time a customer says mobile phones nowadays can do everything (I work in that field so that's sure to happen). Definitely going to be useful xD. From tomorrow I'm going to be the only pikapika 1st grader! ahahah. I knew that "renge-dono!" would come. That salute though ^^". Now will the brother talk before the end this time, I wonder. |

| At first I thought there was a typo or something in the subtitles when Renge said she was going to be the only first grader this year. But like the title of this season says, they literally repeated the first couple of days that happened in season 1. I hope this was just a flashback episode and not how the rest of the season is going to be, with episodes that fill in the days that weren't covered by the first season. As for the episode itself, it felt pretty weak compared to the first season. There were also a couple of cheesy lines like Hotaru saying "Do you think I'll make friends at my new school? I will, right?". Still, I did like it. It's always good to see more Non Non Biyori. I was going to wait and marathon it after it finished airing, but fuck it! I can't wait anymore. I need my healing! |
