| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Holy shit, hearing that OP theme song from Angel Beats brings back nostologia. The episode bought back most if not all the main characters. It takes place more in the outdoors and there's almost a survival like mood. Traps and hilarious moments aside, it was pretty amusing to watch. Some of the "censoring" was also hilarious. Good to see that they gave Kanade some moments with action too and a little bit of that band gimmick near the end. Miyuki Irie is also such a silly girl in this. |

| Kinda disappointed that two OVA is about nothing but random thing happening but then again it is OVA after all. History of Girls dead Monster was pretty funny to watch . |

| Golden week and weird hunting (not sure if it supposed to be picnic, though they say picnic). And so scary. Wow, Sawashiro-san's character revives many times! ... the girl who became devil... (that even shows in the ED) Yusa not appearing much as usual. |

| Only good thing about this was hearing the OP and ED again, otherwise, it wasn't all that funny, and I feel like the payoff was underwhelming. I actually thought "Hell's Kitchen" referred to them attempting to cook something, which sounds like a much better idea than what we got. :/ "Stairway to Heaven" was the best of the two. I honestly couldn't remember most of the characters names' anyway, so I didn't miss Angel Beats! that much after all. The only thing that really went through my mind the whole time was "Angel Beats! should get a reboot for a full 24/26 episodes." |

| ahh that was an awesome episode :) really nice to see everyone again, and finally some character development for Sekine and Irie :) I can definitely tell this was meant to be one of the episode in the original anime, before they were told to shorten it~ it pads out the anime and fits perfectly between episodes 2 and 3. If we get more episodes like this, it might overall make the anime a bit better (in my eyes at least) |

| Just pure nostalgia. Really made me miss Angel Beats and its humor, as well as the drama. Not sure if the "To be continued" means the VN coming out tomorrow or not, It might mean another special or continuation (or so we hope...). |

And what are you expecting from OVA? It was obvious that it will be random episode. But it was still fun to watch. Not I'm waiting for Charlotte Btw, I'm really glad that P. A. WORKS doesn't using 3D at all. That helicopters looked awesome (comparing to Grisaia or K movie). |

| I loved this episode so much. Ever since I saw AB! 3 years ago, I've been waiting for more content to come out. It gave me a feeling of delight and nostalgia to see the SSS in action again. I'm glad this episode focused on Sekine and Irie because we didn't know much about them before. Iwasawa not being fazed by the pitfalls was hilarious. Was Hisako (I'm going to call her "demon" form Hisakuma) shoving the raw liver into their mouthes at the end? I couldn't really tell. Also, Shiina never died. I wonder if Otonashi and Yuri escaped from Hisakuma. Anyway, super hyped for the VN. I hope it's translated quickly. |

| Well... nice to see the cast again, been a while. Pretty good warmup for the VN if nothing else This episode per se though... ehh idk, felt like the comedy was really off. I mean say what you want about Angel Beats but at least it had a lot of funny moments in it, but this episode barely made me giggle even once Especially the part about Iwasawa and the pitfalls, talk about dragging out the same gag as much as humanly possible :s |

I do agree that the humor seemed kind of off, and there were definitely funnier moments in the show, but this one still had me smiling or laughing the majority of the time. |

| The lack of Yui made me a bit salty, overall it was okay and fairly enjoyable to watch. Looking forward to the VN now. |
