| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- This was unexpecetdly a good finale. Blue's force went on another level and eventually defeated Galdo, who had a change of heart (one of the best) in the last moments. That asinine shit Gaza died a horrible, fitting death. This manga's so overrated in MAL though, I wonder why. |

| Blue ends up defeating Galgo, but doesn't kill him. Lonnie gets absorbed by the ultimate life form and then Gaza takes it into his body thinking he'll become immortal. Instead, he ends up getting his life force sucked out and withers away by Lonnie, whose will has won over the life form despite having his body absorbed. Now he can control the life form, but he tells Blue to destroy him since such a being shouldn't exist. Galgo returns angry that Blue didn't finish him, but Blue spared him because he knew Galgo was dying due to his short lifespan. Galgo has a change of heart and gives his life so that Lonnie can take his body and live on. With the mission now over Blue and his friends begin their journey home. That was a pretty good finale. This manga wasn't perfect with tons of character development and an amazing plot, but it was still very enjoyable to me and I thought it was pretty great nonetheless. Due to how much I enjoyed the read, I'd give it a 9/10 overall. |
