I want to watch and have seen that we have the first season and sequel is second and after that a lot of sequels, what's the order then?

This is the prologue of Fate Stay Night, but FSN hasn't fully been made into an anime series yet. So you can either:

Read the Visual Novel first then watch this.

Or just go with chronological order and watch this first.

Watch Fate/Zero first then watch Fate/Zero 2nd Season.

Forget about DeenFSN or UfoUBW, those aren't worth watching.

Just watch this. The first few episodes are slow but it gets really good later.
