| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- LOL, Erina's eyes looked kinda scary. Funny episode imo especially with their meeting. Quite a bit of fan service as well in the watrs. I find the guys' bonding to be quite amusing. Pretty chill episode though. I like it's nice that the series gives a breather once in awhile after all the competition. The manly poses were pretty damn fabulous though and I thought the competitive atmosphere in the second half was pretty thrilling especially with the strategies. Obligatory pose:  |

| Dear Lord my heart can't take it. I was laughing my ass off for the first half and was in awe for Megumi the second half. Then Souma just blew my mind with that cliffhanger ending. Great episode. |

| Nakiri is so cute when she is mad!!!! Day two of camp and soma and megumi can't team up. Glad to see her build her confidence but she failed by not following the recipe!!! That's not right, she was being creative with the acidity. Glad to see soma defend her, now I can't wait for the next episode. I want more screen time for my Nakiri D: |

| That Shinomiya guy is such a douche. Putting low-quality cauliflower on purpose so he can eliminate even good chefs. Poor Megumi. Souma got balls challenging an Alumni in a shokugeki for Megumi's sake. Next should be a very heated cook-off I can't wait. Also very nice fan service in the first half. Lol at the Body flexing from Doujima, I wonder how he cooks. And that flash back of him with Ishiki at the baths pretty entertaining XD |

| That Nakiri-Hishoko interaction is qt The difference between the E10 and the regular students is showcased in this episode, Erina too OP. Megumi deathflag'd herself by feeling too attached to the others in a hell camp. Shinomiya is an ass. Let's see if Shinomiya jobs to courageous MC. | BA ending! Souma too BOSS :D Loved the faces in the last scene. Megumi's desperate face, Shinomiya's "WTF" face and Souma's "I'll kick ur ass" face. Perfect! Dat Gin!! XD Reaction to the name Yukihira too :3 His talk about Erina was nice. She's really a monster. "So-so" was so lol XD Lucky duck! I want to see the world in Ryouko's Oppai too OTL Cool that We have a narrator now ^^; Shinomiya's just being too much of an ass right now :/ Megumi did a perfect job making up. |

The competition is getting much more intense than ever I kind of agree with Shinomiya with regards to following the recipe properly but I think Tadokoro should receive some credit for being able to use her creativity.   Eating some fried chicken while watching this episode |

| Noo Tadokoro! Shinomiya purposely putting bad ingredients so he can pass only a few people. That is messed up. At least Tadokoro was able to be creative despite having picking a bad ingredient. |

I laughed so hard when i saw this.  Dick in his face. Overall a great episode. Nice to see a fair bit of fanservice too. Can't wait for the shokugeki next week. |

| Shinomiya is being a complete bitch now; purposely adding poor-quality cauliflowers to cut down on the passing rate. Not to mention he rejected Megumi's cooking for a very trivial reason. Even if he becomes a likable character later on, I can't stand this guy now. Souma challenging Shinomiya in a Shokugeki was too friggin' epic! Pretty hyped for their match now! I really hope that bitch of a chef gets wrecked. >.< Decent episode. I like how they balanced out the manservice and fanservice for all the viewers. Good going, J.C. Staff. |

| God, there's nothing I don't love in this episode! I loved how they even added all the little details at the first half, what with Erina going tsundere over a set of cards and the man-to-man talk between the boys. And then there's Yuuki fangirling over a bed! Ah, the first half def had me in stitches. And it's nothing to be compared with the second half where it really upped the tension. Like, I loved how they showed scenes on how the other alumna/students were faring. But my absolute favorite part would have to be when Megumi was stopping Souma from further confronting Shinomiya (because he was going to get expelled at her expense) and he had these /flashbacks/ when he saw her crying face. My favorite scene in the manga and the anime just got it Up to Eleven! Can't wait for next week's ep~ |
| Shinomiya was really hard to like in this episode, I still remembered when I read this part in the manga, that I really can't wait until the shokugeki so Soma can kick his ass. But Next episode would be more intense than this one. The hype! |
