What do you guys think? The Director's cut will have an extra 25 minutes for the season 1. It will be released on July 31, 2015.

Check it out here on Amazon.co.jp for cheaper value of the BD than other sellers:

http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B00UV1FCT2?colid=3DVKWCDJ7PWBW&coliid=I28O0F6JWBWPJQ&ref_=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl

It seems that Kotori vs Kurumi's battle will be extended... I can't wait! I also hope they extend Kotori's date, because it was kind of rushed. Let's hope there are still sub groups wanting to sub this extra 25 minutes!

That was pretty nice.

Too bad, they didn't release all extended scenes for BDs for the first time.

It's called marketing strategy. They collected the money they earned on 2013 BD sales, now they're going to make people spend more money for the 2015 BD sales because season 3 is not here.

Well I don't mind though, every money that the studio earned, might increase the chance we're getting season 3. After all the material is enough for season 3 (vol. 8-11)

I have feelings that they might do that to get people spend more money on for 2015 BD sales. I meant it will be better, if they released the extended scenes for the at the same time.

Anyway, it was good to hear that FFFansubs will do the BD Box of Date A Live season 1: http://fffansubs.org/?p=9704#comment-51152

Yeah I know. I'm the one who asked them lol XD

I hope after they finish Season 2, they can sub that BD as soon as it comes out. Because I don't know any other group that is willing to do the project.

Sallysubs removed the torrent and is going to redo it because of mistakes: http://www.sallysubs.com/about-dal-directors-cut/#comments

Oh yeah I noticed that. Strange how they didn't just release a patch though.
Edit: Seems like they released one today.
