| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- One of the better episodes this season. Glad to see the show taking itself seriously with the fighting against the vampires. And we also get to see the fruits of training from most of the newer recruits including Yuu of course. Mito was also awesome this episode:  I hope we get to see more her in action; probably in the next cour though Seems like episode managed to get some screen time for Mika again. |

| Huge battle against vampires with other members. Three more new characters, who looks like higher up like Nakamura-san's character. It seems like the vampire guy doesn't completely "become" vampire as he still thinks his family and not drink humans' blood. The little vampire queen was good at tempting him, who tried to resist in drinking blood. Drinking a pill to help with expending oni power for 15 mins. The group got separated with surprise attack. The vampire guy meeting Nakamura-san's character. We could get to see how well that guy can fight next, I guess? |

| Guren and his crew are simply amazing, especially the girls >//< The action scenes were really good in this episode and we got more Krul and Mika :D EDIT: I just realized that the tunnel stuff is anime original lol....I'm fine with it, and hopefully it means that theyou are trying to end the first cour on chapter 14-15 Next episode should be even more action packed and I'm hoping for some more anime original scenes |

| Nothing much noteworthy that we didn't know already in this. Figured that Mika had no chance but to drink the blood. He refuses to drink the blood of anyone else. Action was fine, although i couldn't help but be ticked off by all the helicopters, the animation was just hilarious at some points. Mika vs. Guren next episode? |
| Well the opening action was pretty nice. I'm still not sure why Mika continued to grow even after becoming a vampire, was it his refusal to drink human blood? Yu is alone with best girl Shinoa now...lucky bastard. :D |

| The pills being introduced, with it being so powerful, though equaling in its drawbacks, it would be interesting to see the pills actually being used, especially using 3 or more. Krul and Mika's relationship is quite interesting, I wonder why Krul was so surprised in Mika drinking her blood. Mika's action to finally give in could be surprising, especially after all the refusal he showed to her, but wouldn't Krul have had sensed his movements (thus being prepared in a way)? Almost feels like a showing of Mika's potential for him to catch Krul off guard. This battle should be quite exciting. Looking forward to them! |

At any rate, this was quite an enjoyable episode with a fair bit of action. Also, I'm a bit confused with that pill? Do they only die from three of them if they take three in one go or do they die if they take three overall? |

The pills effects would probably leave the body after a while, allowing another to be used again in the near future. Though don't quote me on this as it's only speculation. |

| Why do the vampires even bother blowing up a wall when they can leap over tall buildings in a single bound? When Shinoa said that the pills leave the user vulnerable after its effects expire, I suppose she meant that you would be exhausted and overexerted. |

| What the fuck was that action scene at the very beginning? Holy molly. Though it's probably gonna be fixed in BDs. So the oh so waited action scenes have come. If only action was the thing that makes a show good. And those action scenes are lame, to be honest. Sure, they're probably better than those mind-numbing breather moments with cringy dialogues but that is not saying much. Blocking a huge flurry of bullets by just holding your obviously much narrower and smaller weapon is dumb among other... questionable things action wise. The scene with the whole explanation of the pills was extremely not to my liking. Maybe the kids don't know the word doping because hurr durr apocalypse but they, especially Yu, looked very dumb and reminded me of cartoons that I watched 10 years ago on Cartoon Network. Mika's segments were the only highlights of the episode but even then it was no miracle. I'm not sure if it is possible to take this show seriously when we have a semi-loli vampire queen dressed in something that reminds me of lingeries. I don't know, it's just very jarring. |

The episode started out fine and all but then there was a huge drop in both art and animation quality right after the airplane crashed. So many stills and skipped frames. What the hell WIT studio? I'm disappointed. I mean what the hell am I even looking at? The pacing is still terrible but at least we got to see more of Mika. 2/5 |
| Guren is still my favorite. Mito stole my heart in seconds. I want to see more of Guren's group fighting. A more action packed episode - but I feel like hype has made me expect something even better from this show. Grant it, there is still much more to come, and I am enjoying it. I guess I just want to understand the hype more. I've started to read the manga - so we will see I suppose |

| Some decent action... Wish there was more though. We get to see how mika manages to stay alive. He only drinks the queens blood... Well yuu get to try some pills to enhance his abilities for only 15 minutesAt the end the group got separated and hopefully they meet again. |

| So this is anime original? :O Nice episode I liked the helicopter fights XD  What you people are complaining about is the ART STYLE lowering a bit in quality. If you want high quality, you have to pay for blu ray, otherwise deal with it. |

| Helicopter for the vampires. It's a little unfair, but with those archery skills, I think they'll be just fine. Of course there were resistance of Mika drinking human blood. Krul Tepes' blood is his only sustenance. That's pretty sick. Mika vs Guren? Now this is getting good. I like that very much. That preview looks awesome. Might be the one we've all been waiting for. XD |
| The vampires have helicopters and planes... that's something I wasn't expecting. Guren's squad appeared and it looks pretty strong imo, especially Mito, those punches looked really cool. Mika doesn't drink anyone's blood expect the Krul's. Aww thats so cute. Good choice Mika. Drugs can save you, at least in this apocalyptic world. But I guess they do need them since the vampires are so strong. And everyone gets separated ofcourse. Shinoa and Yu will probably find some vampires while carrying the other guy, but they will probably be ok. |

| I liked it, I would have liked it more if it had more action but it is good to see the show is staring to get to the interesting part. Yu and Mika reunion will be next week, I can't wait to see it animated and I hope they met my kinda high expectations for that reunion, I have been waiting so long to see it animated. |

| Good episode. There was some filler I think, but it was good anyway. Guren looking badass as always. Good to hear that Ishikawa Yui (Mikasa Ackerman) returned to seiyuu work as Yukimi, Shigure.
