Seems like Sayo had a lot of trouble fighting this girl:  Some experimental explanations aside, it was pretty meh. Mm, Arashi got a bit of comfort. |

| Hitsugi just unlocked her hidden potential. Damn, she's pissed alright. The whole D99 concept is pretty interesting. And that insight into Dr. Mochizuki's was as well. |

| We got some decent action in the first half. I though that she was going to die... Well the second half was a bit slow for me, I don't like that evil guy... Forcing girls to do that :( Well we have 3 more episodes, let's see what happens next. |

| Action scenes would be so much better if they'd tone down with the fanservice, even if just a bit. That actually goes for the show as a whole too. I like how Mikoto comforted Arashi's by putting his head on her Oppai when he was feeling down. Instant consolation method right there! Don't see what's the big issue with D99. As long as they have the red liquid, even if the virus gets spread, they'd be able to prevent any casualty. Dr. Mochizuki didn't have to get all worked up. *Sigh*... Pretty sure Hitsugi will be okay once she gets a dose of that red liquid with some Hot Beef Injection. This show gives the lamest cliffhanger. Below average episode. Why do I feel like Inunaki is working for the bad guys behind the scene? O.o |

| The concept of D99 was pretty interesting. Creator of this is the artist for HOTD...(turns out its the same universe. D99 virus eventually mutates, causes the zombie outbreak!) BOOM. Hitsugi didn't die thank god. I like those 2 evil twins, they always change their clothes and look good in them. We've had the almost nude with the pasties outfits, the half bondage dress things, and the trench coats. Feel kind of bad for Goryuu. She just wants to be a loyal servant, yet keeps getting beat up and sexually assaulted by the anime version of Kim Jon Un. Luckily she manages to wiggle her way out of full on rape every time. How one could mistreat such a hot and faithful woman is beyond me. It's a shame because she's probably going to end up just like Chikage. She'll have a lot of potential as a character, and she'll probably just blindly stay by fatty's side the entire time and stay a villain. Then she'll just get killed off by someone from Black Label. OR, she'll start hating it and want change, but then she'll decide to kill herself over something stupid instead of taking a second chance with Black Label. |

| And I thought Black Jack's Phoenix Disease or Apocalypse no Toride's viruses were nuts. This thing is on a level of its own. And following the medical theme of this series, we have an aptly named enemy. I did not understand however. Basically there is this corrupt politician and his son (the fat little bastard) that are trafficking with Platinum Lily but don't know what the hell it is at all and then Syringe who happens to know and is after it. Is that it? |

| D99 sounds like it's a pretty insane virus. So it all connects to that fire with Arashi. |
| We are reckoning, at least what it seems. Narrative that finally puts the tables it shows the heart of the matter. Too bad there was plenty of room for the fights. Narration too hasty. However it is not a bad episode, although I can not explain the brute force of Hitsugi. The little guy, reminds me of a certain character that appears on the Italian political stage, who knows why... :P |

| The story this time was halfway decent. I don't quite understand why there are two factions out to kill off the bad people of the city though. What makes it so that they can't work together? It's not like the Labels are that much more righteous than Syringe or whatever. Maybe they can enjoy their Hot Beef Injections together :P |

| You know ur fuck when someone does german suplex on you and love the action in this ep and that (duo) fat guy and his sex sla i mean friend had me chuckle a few times. I hate character like that but he so over the top i cant help it donno maybe im a sick freak. |

| Oh dang, Hitsugi sure is mad O_O Good fight between her and the twins, but looks like she managed to survive somehow. Then we get an explanation of this D99 virus that was used to save Arashi ... and somehow it can wipe out humanity?! Except it was used to do these complex surgeries or something ... well, looks like Syringe wants it anyway. I'm a bit confused as to what Kyoji and Platinum Lily have to do with this though >_< Well in any case, episode wasn't too bad, hoping this will wrap up nicely :O |
| So the mystery group finally reveals themselves. Hitsuki gets wrekt in the process. The explanation on the D99 virus was interesting. I guess I should've seen it coming that he used it on Arashi, but I didn't. I completely forgot about his surgery. That one girl in the pony tail with the face veil is cute. I feel bad that she gets treated like a slave to that dwarf. Now Hitsuki's on the rampage, I wonder how much destruction will ensue. |
| The virus explanation was nice. Goryuu was saved in the last minute thanks to the conference...that guy needs to die soon... Seems like Hitsuki got stronger. |
