So this is pretty simple~
I'll state an open ended question and you guys answer it however you want (you can be as vague or detailed as you want)

I think for me it has to be pig blood curd. I remember first trying it as a kid when my mother tricked me into thinking it was a chocolate cube. I still hold it against her.
