| Well that was an interesting read. Though no matter how I think about it, Paul's case seems quite sound legally-- judged innocent by the school it was their job to protect him as it was their's to protect her, even if he has done what she's claiming (which this article doesn't specify as rape but vaguely "sexual harassment") by the rules of the school and the laws they abide by he's well within his rights to not be subjected to this treatment. Whether she's a crazy hoe or whether he's a legit rapist isn't really addressed in this article so it's hard to make a case for it. |
