| It looks 90'ish to me, but i like it. So maybe since it looks 90'ish some people might not like it hence the rating. But, it also hasn't proven it self to be worthy of being above a 7/10, so a 7.50-7.70 would be nice at the end of the series depending on how it's adapted all the way to the end. |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| The show's still in it's setup stage at the moment. After the plot kicks in, we'll see how things go. I suspect that people who aren't a fan of Takahashi's prior works may have a difficult time getting into this series. |

The only people who are actually rating this are either the ones who really like it and give it a high score, or those who just hate it and give it low scores. I think most people would wait until the end to give their final scores, unless its shows like Gintama of course. |

| I dunno, I think a "7" is just right for the show thus far. I'm more familiar with Takahashi's horror than I am with her humor (somewhat, I saw a little bit of Ranma 1/2 and InuYasha, but I've mostly watched some one-shot OVA adaptations), and there's some light-hearted moments in here. Does it feel fresh? No, there's much funnier anime out there and I don't think her humor's... standing out that well these days, but for what it is, it's okay, if formulaic. |

| Compared to inuyasha, ranma and urusei yatsura, this is her weakest work :( It takes way too much from the others and plays it too safe, the others had something unique, this resembles bleach alot which is good but it needs more memorable characters. |

| So far I have to admit nothing's really grabbed me about this series yet. I remember being thrilled when the manga was first announced, just because I'm such a fan of Rumiko's work, and perhaps I set my initial expectations too high since Inuyasha has long held a fond place in my heart. I didn't keep up with the Rinne manga since I honestly grew bored with it, but I thought I'd give the anime a chance and.. mostly I've found my feelings to remain the same, but it's easier to digest in this form so I'll stick with it. The Kyoukai no Rinne characters do feel a little washed out and too reminiscent of Takahashi's prior archetypes, and overall the story seems pretty weak. Despite that I certainly don't hate this series though. It's fun, light-hearted, and nice to watch at the end of the day when I just want a little humour and relaxation. I'm not watching this with any high expectations for in-depth plot or characters, and for what it is, I think it's harmless and enjoyable enough. I'll take it as my "snack" anime of the season. It really does pale in comparison to her other works though, and I can definitely understand the low rating and feelings of disappointment (I shared them as well at first). I'm not saying it deserves outright hatred, but it's not of the same caliber as some other really excellent series, nor should it be compared to them. It's a shame she didn't create another classic, but I'll live. I guess in the end what I'm trying to say is I'm neutral regarding the show. I don't particularly have strong feelings toward it one way or the other, but I like it enough to watch it casually. |

| The overused rinne's dad thing is urgh The comedy is mild too. If this wasn't a Rumiko series, most people wouldn't even watch it. It got a 2nd season a nyways so Rumiko's name sells with anything I guess. |
