@hacker09: the link https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/achievements.md has a very clear difference from https://anime.plus/hacker09/achievements,anime I even marked it in red so everyone could understand. That is it, that is the requirement.

This link https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/tree/master/data/achievement is also literally the same as this link https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1595996 except the relevant part is extracted in the forum post for easier viewing:

As for the others, the requirement is the appropriate genre once again stated in here https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/achievements.md
All anime of the relevant genre qualify. Everything that needs to be said for every achievement is summed up in the single sentence that I circled in red, and that is above every achievement.

I'm really sorry I'm just genuinely baffled that I have to explain this to someone...

Sorry for making you baffled haha, you don't need to say sorry, you doesn't seem to be mad/angry at me or being rude anyways.

This time I've slowly analysed that github link and this is the achievements with specific animes to watch to get to the next level. This is what I wanted to know and find.

game=Eternal Spring https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-game.json

original=Into the Jungle https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-original.json

Studio ghibli=Memories https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-studio-ghibli.json

It's Just an Ice Cream=Feels... Weird, Man
https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-boku-no-pico.json

Historical: level 1/2/3=History Class https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-historical.json Please not that even though I've watched all the Ookami to Koushinryou II Specials, I don't have this achievement in my animegraph achievements list, Please also not that, this is probably because MAL HAS NO ENTRIES with the name "Ookami to Koushinryou II Specials", MAL probably have splited these specials into 2 entries, and now the entry "Ookami to Koushinryou II Specials" doesn't existe anymore,so you probably should and will need to update that...

Mecha: level 1/2/3/4=Me? PILOT This Thing?! https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-mecha.json

Nice Boat=It's Just Me and You Now https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-school-days.json

Romance: level 1/2/3/"4"= https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-romance.json

GAR: level 1/2/3/"4"= https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-gar.json

Mahou Shoujo: level 1/2/3/"4"= https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-mahou-shoujo.json

Now I will share the links withouth any information.

https://github.com/anime-plus/graph/blob/master/data/achievement/anime-year.json

(I don't really care about mangas)

Thank you for answering my questions, but I still have a few questions left...
anime-duration-short.json This achievement requires me to watch a lot of animes with the tag short? This tag doesn't exist on MAL
anime-franchise-long.json I read this, but I didn't undertand anything, please explain in more details.
anime-release-classic.json release-classic tag doesn't exist on MAL
anime-release-old.json release-old tag doesn't exist on MAL
anime-score-high.json Why is the title "I Love Chinese Cartoons"? That doesn't make sense...
Are you the https://anime.plus/ admin? @Half_Bl00d

When I click in one of the achievements image, I can see why I earned that, because of a few specifics shows that I've watched... but I want to recommend that..., for example if I'm Engineer level 1, when I click in one of the achievements image, the site not show only the animes that I've already watched to get that achievements, but also show wich animes I need to watch to get to the next level

@hacker09: First thing, the titles and descriptions of the badges are just there for fun, not to provide any information. I once again repeat that all information about how to gain each achievement(s) is contained in the two lines above the badges provided in this list. But I'll write it out here for you.

Dementia/Psychological - complete any anime that has Dementia and/or Psychological tag.
GAR - complete any anime from the provided list. All of them have manly men doing manly things.
Historical - complete any anime that has Historical tag and/or any anime provided within the list.
Horror/Thriller - complete any anime that has Horror and/or Thriller tag.
Mahou Shoujo - complete any anime from the provided list. All of them are Mahou Shoujo.
Mecha - complete any anime that has Mecha tag and/or any anime provided within the list.
Music - complete any anime that has Music tag and/or any anime of the Music type.
Mystery - complete any anime that has Mystery tag.
Romance - complete any anime that has Romance tag and/or any anime provided within the list.
Slice of Life - complete any anime that has Slice of Life tag and/or any anime provided within the list.
Space - complete any anime that has Space tag.
Sports - complete any anime that has Sports tag.
Studio Ghibli - complete any 15 anime from the provided list. All of them are made by Studio Ghibli.
Boku no Pico - complete any 3 anime from the provided list. All of them are Boku no Pico entries.
School Days - complete School Days.
Original - complete any anime that has a Source: Original.
Video Games - complete any anime that has a Source: Game or Visual Novel.
Franchises - complete 10 different franchises that each have at least 250 episodes.
Shorts - complete any anime with episode length of under 15 minutes.
Long runner - complete 25 different anime that have 100 or more episodes.
Old anime - complete 25 different anime that finished in the year 1980 or earlier.

Age diversity - complete 50 different anime that all started in different years.
Pervert - you can only have one level at any given time based on the percentage of the anime with Hentai and/or Ecchi tag you have on your list. The formula which decides your level is: 100 ÷ anime completed × (ecchi anime completed × 2 + hentai anime completed × 4)
Mean score - you can only have one level at any given time based on the "Mean Score" stat of the anime on your profile, namely if it is either 8.5 or higher, 5 or lower, or 3 or lower.
No drop - complete at least 50 anime and have no Dropped anime.
Rewatch - have at least 100 rewatched anime on your profile stats.
Total time spent - the higher your "Days" stat of the anime on your profile, the higher level you get.
Total number completed - the more completed anime you have, the higher level you get.

Note that by "any anime" I mean you can watch anything you want that meets the above criteria. You still have to have a sufficient number of completed anime to gain each tier of the achievements.

Please also not that, this is probably because MAL HAS NO ENTRIES with the name "Ookami to Koushinryou II Specials", MAL probably have splited these specials into 2 entries, and now the entry "Ookami to Koushinryou II Specials" doesn't existe anymore,so you probably should and will need to update that...
No, MAL just changed the name, it still exists with the same database code. However we'll update the names.

anime-score-high.json Why is the title "I Love Chinese Cartoons"? That doesn't make sense...
That's the title of the badge of the Mean score achievement, for 8.5 or higher.

Are you the https://anime.plus/ admin? @Half_Bl00d
I am the admin of this club, and while I can't directly edit the code of the graph, I do have a say on how it's changed.

Denied because everyone understands that. You seem to be the first person in the entire history of (MAL)Graph who doesn't understand how achievements work.

Yes I got that, I just didn't undertand Why is the title "I Love Chinese Cartoons"?,but that's not important at all.

It was nice to talk with you, thank you for your help and patience.

Broken heart, because my suggestion was denied, but I also got your point of view! I do undertand how the achievements work,I just wanted to know everything in details. Thank you anyways.

Calling anime "chinese cartoons" is a meme, you either get it or not XD

As for the suggestion, Graph does tell you the criteria for what to watch. Giving you a detailed list for each achievement is neither practical nor needed, as you can find most of them with a simple search on MAL, and many achievements have hundreds if not thousands of entries to choose from.

You're welcome and have a nice day.

Thank you for your reply too.
I also don't think there's a way to search for only short anime on MAL,sadly...

Yes even reading the json codes for the file anime-franchise-long.json, it still a bit hard to understand right? I think that if I've watched Sword Art Online, even if it's just the first season, this should already counts as 1 franchise watched, and even if I watch the 2 and 3 seasons, specials and everything else, the franchise watched number should remain being 1.

Thank you for letting me know that there are filters for start and end dates in the advanced anime search.

Haha, I got the Chinese name haha.

Yes I know that MAL DB is huge, would be hard to show everything needed to get every single achievement, but this could be a really nice "competiton", there's a club on MAL just for that.
I was already planning on "Watch stuff that I like and each category will get filled out eventually!", I already knew it, I was just thinking that, one day when I clear my Plan to watch list I will probably use animegraph to know what I like and search for new animes,so a detailed achievement page would help me too.

And yes you and Half_Bl00d answered all of my questions. Just to be clear I love the animegraph website as it is now, I will never stop using this website because it's very helpful. I just wanted to know more details about the achievements and now I've found all my answers, and I was not criticizing the website at all!

I've also something else to say/ask that's not related to achievements at all! In ratings and on the export button it says "You can export your rating distribution as an image, which updates along with your profile." But for some reason my "distribution image" seems to never update with my profile even though I click on the update button and wait for days to see the updates on my "distribution image". Is it normal or it's a bug that's happing just with me? Is it because I've way to much entries or maybe is it because I'm not using the Blue (Default) theme?

"find most of them with a simple search on MAL," yes that's true, thanks

That's an issue with the current MAL. I don't know of a fix for that currently other than wait and see...

I've tried to update my profile 3 times today, and it was 20, 105 and right now 307 accounts in the queue respectively. Two first attempts loaded empty page (updated 18404.0 days ago, 0s everywhere).

Could you check if something broke?

The solution for your problem is just that your list must be set in public; otherwise it will indeed not work.

That's not the problem. This is happening to me too, even though my list is set to public, and I've also tried searching a few other users and the same thing has happened. Right now the queue size is apparently 406.

@mvhcmaniac: based on the other posts on MAL, the issue is with MAL itself and not the graph's fault, wait for a few days and it will be resolved.

@Sentikoret: as @Timz0r said, and as stated in red in the club description, graph does not work on private lists.

Yep, I'm setting my list to Public when I'm updating Malgraph, I'm using this great extension for a long time. Had some issues with always public list and fanboys of certain titles in the past, so keeping it private most of the time.

So, I don't know if this will be any help, but I might as well give my two cents...

I'm currently running another website that also regularly fetches data from MAL (although on a smaller scale). And I have indeed ran afoul of 403 errors since about the beginning of the month.

In the case of my server, I noticed that those were tempbans ; so I configured my scripts to pause for a couple of minutes if they get a 403 and then retry. This workaround seems to have been effective for now. (I also use a similar - if shorter - cooldown to get around the load-related 500 errors.)

Of course, according to the forums it looks like some IP ranges (including VPNs) got permanently banned wholesale, and the anime.plus server may be among those (my own server would then be very lucky to have been spared), in which case my advice above is useless...

I just noticed I got a mismatch episode for Breakers, saying it is still airing. But this show has already ended... can this be sorted out via anime.plus?

I just notice this while updating my stats for my profile.
Have Great Day =)

Now I know how to fix that BUG that does not update the graph image on mal

just use

https://anime.plus/hacker09/export replace my nickname with the user nickname.

Instead of just saying that this is a bug on MAL and waiting MAL to fix the problem, talk with the devs/webmaster of the anime.plus website and tell them to do that change, you will see that the bug will be fixed (At least for the default graph, most users probably just use the default graph anyways)

Why the user https://anime.plus/Deividas can't update his profile?

Can a user data/account be deleted from anime.plus? If yes, why would a user account/data be deleted of anime.plus?

@hacker09: the issue with the graph export not updating immediately on MAL is entirely MAL's fault though. MAL caches all images posted on it and only updates them after a while. To bypass the problem you gotta change the link of the image used.

Deividas is the developer of GRAPH he probably disabled the option for the others to update his profile.

You cannot delete your data from the GRAPH yourself, however if you do not update it for a month or so, it will automatically be removed from the database to clear up space, and will need to be added again if wished so.

Thanks for all the information.

As I said I don't need to manually change the link of the image I used, because I learned that I can fix that by using that URL I sent in my last comment.

My suggestion is that anime.plus should change the default graph image link to the one I said. This will fix the problem for every user of anime.plus that uses the default anime.plus graph colors.

PS*Nevermind,it seems that that url stopped auto updating too ¬¬

This is referring to the "Missing Titles" section

Is there any reason why Hetalia Axis Powers are connected to Seisenshi Dunbine and its 4 affiliates? None of the Seisenshi and Affiliates has Hetalia as a link to a franchise and I don't see any links of those entries in the main Hetalia (I haven't checked the other Hetalias) that I'll link

Reference (I've only seen Hetalia under my list)

@MechKingKillbot: given that I have the same issue, I know about it, but I also have no idea why they're connected XD I'll talk to Deiv about it with the next update so hopefully it will be fixed.

I was looking at the anime franchises in my profile and I noticed two things:
For some reason the "Fairy Tail Movie 2: Dragon Cry" is not included in the Fairy Tail franchise.
Also "Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei" and "Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Yoku Wakaru Mahouka!" are considered different franchises.
These are bugs right?

@Bill98: it's not a bug. Due to them being related via "Other" they are not considered the same franchise on GRAPH. It was implemented due to the massive clogging some entries could create in the Missing Titles section. While it's far from perfect, it did solve some major problems while creating some minor ones.

I created this account a month ago. How long does it take to show my data in the graph?

@PLACE_HOLDER_: your data cannot show in the graph if your list is private, as stated in the club description.

In anime summary
Titles that have mismatching episode count: (1)
Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai OVA (on your list: 1, should be 2 episodes)
There is only one episode.
For this anime OVA is separated for each season. The second episode here: Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai!: Chapel no Kane wa [X] wo Shukufuku Suru
