I'm actually surprised that Erza's working with Gray here. Thought they went separate ways. Also sad that Gray prioritized this mission instead of Juvia. I guess they did a background check on Gray to make sure he turned evil?

I read Manga in both English and Chinese.

It was a big trollolol momment but i liked it haha. A friend and i both guessed something like this might happrn but we disregarded that prediction the more the last chapters where put out. This just truly trolled us as i know most people where getting used to the idea that gray was not undercover etc.

Yay, two chapters this week!

Well... I'm... disappointed yet really happy. Gray being evil was an interesting (although Sasuke-ish) twist but I wanted him to be good... I'm not sure how I feel about this.

If you feel honestly trolled by this than you simply don´t know Mashima.

This was obvious as hell called that like 5 times in last weeks chapter discussion, many disagreed, they are all dissapointed now.

Don´t expect much, it´s Hiro, can´t expect something like this from Oda either, just get used to it.

Huh, so Gray was faking. Lol, in a sense, Natsu and co. came in and effed up the whole undercover dealeo. Frosch's supposed death still remains unexplained though with the story taking this path.

Actually Sasuke had all reason to be mad and emo.

His whole family got killed, including everyone who is remotly a relative.
On top of that he was shown how his parents died for 72 hours.
Twice!

Gray had his callback for madness, that was Galluna island, one chapter it was done.
If Lucy goes mad, then we have to worry because Idk how this would solve and why it would happen.

Wow just wow, first of all we can put all the Sasuke comparison to rest.

I was stocked when Gray showed up, I thought when Lucy was getting tortured and stuff, I was waiting for someone to show up and make the safe, I thought it was going to be Gajeel. When I saw Gray I knew what was coming, I was so happy. Gray was pretending all along.

If you are a anime watcher, this is not a new thing, this happened in the Daphne arc, so I have seen this before.

When Gray was in contact with someone saying he is code blue, I thought the other person would be Makarov, but to my surprise it is Erza, I thought she went into the bakery business, so Avatar lost Gray, he is now on our side, and now Erza is here as well, they are so screwed.

This does throw all the Gray vs Gajeel stuff out the window, is that still going to happen, because Gajeel is not in the lope about this, that could still happen.

Had to enjoy the Sasuke fan club getting trolled for a few minutes.

Btw, it seems the plot is picking up. Notice the whole god motif going on? E.g. Avatar means a representative or incarnation of a god, the priest mentioned praying, and the cult has been implicated as a major opponent already. I bet we're going to have a god opponent this arc...maybe more godslayers...possibly a Chelia/Orga singing duet!

Loving the feels as FT reunites. Mashima is truly the best.

She not main character her only ties to the main plot is through gray
and her obsession is so bad it has led her to sickness and depression (though some will call that love)

The popular guess is that natsu didn't stop rogue frosch and minerva in the other timeline. Gray battles rogue and frosch being frosch got caught in the crossfire. It was likely and accident, but there no way to confirm this because the only person who knew for sure is gone.

It is, it´s an alternative universe, people complain about the time paradox.

So basicly if Frosch didn´t die though Gray, they assume that timeline must fix it´s mistake, so that the actual real scenario happens Frosch dying.

But they forgett, if that would be the case, the timeline had to fix the alteration through Uls magic too. It would require Gray and half of Fairy Tail to die, because she altered time as well.
But then again this alteration only happened because Rogue altered timeline himself first.
But then again Ul had to sacrifice her life for the alteration, which wasn´t fixed through Rogue´s leave.
Therefore through the deeds of Rogue and Lucy this universe is already corrupted and not within the regular timeflow, they´ve altered the timelines.
Future Lucys timeline was set back to normal regarding Future Rogue´s alteration which happened in her timeline, but she didn´t fix the alterations she caused in the past, which will also alter her own timeline.
Future Rogue´s Timeline though will get further altered, because Frosch won´t die and many of the characters know the future with Acnologia, thous they will prepare,
This current timeline we are reading must get further altered to prevent that now.

Solutions,

A:Either Hiro comes up with some retarded plottwist that explains how often time was altered through some stupid Deus ex machina concept or basicly just the celestial spirits so that we are in a timeline that´s completely random now.

Or B: The time paradox can be completely ignored in this manga.
