| He's not. I personally wouldn't mind if he was gay, he would still be Suna. But I'm pretty sure he's not. The fact that he hasn't dated girls, or he had rejected all the girls confessing to him, it's because Takeo liked those girls too. I think he's just... too much of a very good friend. He rejected everyone so his friend wouldn't get hurt. He's willing to sacrifice his happiness for Takeo. |

| I don't know but I hope he's not. After all Takeo likes Yamato, and that just would bring trouble to Suna's life. I wouldn't care if he was gay though. I'm watching the show because of the story, not because of the character's sexual orientation. |

If you're expecting a love triangle then you're watching the wrong anime. There are no love triangles in this story. This story's plot is about the development between Takeo and his girlfriend... nothing else (and luckily, no drama included). |

| Being gay or not doesnt make him anything less. He is a great caring person who likes Yamato and deeply cares about Takeo. Even if he was gay (which I'm sure he isnt unfortunately) that wouldnt change anything. Its not like he is going to try to be Takeo's lover. They are very good friends just as brothers. |

| Okay in episode 3 they made a connection to the current events to the play. At the end of the play the Blue Ogre had to make a sacrifice for the Red ogre to be happy. So this has to mean one of the two things. Either Suna actually likes Yamato but had to ignore his feelings for his friend to be happy or he actually has feelings for Takeo but he only cares about Takeo's happiness so he lets it go. The connection to the play wouldn't make sense otherwise. |

| I actually considered that, too... But I don't think so. He's just a bro, so much so that he'd reject girls who his best friend had a crush on to avoid hurting his feelings. Or he just hasn't found the right girl yet. What I'm afraid of later on is if Suna somehow ends up falling in love with Yamato, too. Then I'd be concerned... plot-wise. |

| Dude I thought the exact same thing after 3 episodes. That would be weird since MAL didn't classify this anime as being Yaoi. Since after 3 episodes the romance between Takeo and Yamato is done, what else is left in the anime? Maybe romance isn't the main focus here. Seems to me that the next few episodes will be crucial in making me continue watching it or drop it. |
