| the most overrated anime of all time, it currently is ranked over 8.5, what the hell. why is it so high? were people that high to rate this so highly? i am challenging anyone if they think Kuroko no basket hasn't taken from naruto! reasons: they commit basketball errors, they literally travel all the bloody time oh wow, very realistic they pretend to have a natural, real world setting yet they have more stamina than a horse they ripped off sharigan and rasengan the animation if mostly electricity coming from the characters eyes they heavily abuse the technique of misdirection for the plot and more will be added |

| I wouldnt say the show is bad, is just your typical shonen that people would enjoy. Does it do anything revolutionary? no. Is it the best thing ever? no. Is it entertaining to watch if you're into the genre? Yes, yes it is. At most you could make the argument that this one falls at 7-8 range. Its nowhere near a 9 or a 10 in my opinion however. Thats slam dunk territory. See this anime has the same syndrome of Sword Art online, people like to shit on it because its a popular mainstream shonen. In this case, Sword Art was for me an 8 the first half and a 6-5 the latter half (with the horrible elf arc). |

| Mostly of sports anime is very predictable, it's their nature. Slam Dunk, Haykyu, Tsubasa, everything falls in that category. They are losing last points and BAM! They won. Sure they are better, cause they aren't that fking magic powered as it is KnB. |

| I kind of agree. At some point as a hardcore fan of the sport, you can only take so much special powers BS that anime tries to throw at you. S1 and S2 weren't as crazy with their characters and powers except for may be Midorima. But S3 Akashi and Kise are too ridiculous and have made the show more like "Shaolin Soccer" than an anime about a sport with some exaggeration. Season 3 of KNB settles it, Slam Dunk is 10 times a better anime than KNB. |
