Milne's Secret (Episode 12 Spoilers)

Totally just clicked for me on the rewatch that Milne was a fragment of Kumaria, same as the Judgemens. His birth is announced immediately after we see part of the meteor shower hit the castle, and he was full of a boundless love that never waivered.

Only issue I can see people having with this idea is him actually dying and ending up in "The Place Where Love Becomes Kisses" at the end, which either suggests Kumaria was incomplete on reformation (doubtful) or that Milne's consciousness is separate from simply being that shard's version of love.

Yes! I noticed it too, when Mirun (or milne) appeared a star fell hitting the castle!
