Page Fusion and Chapter Conventions

So, I was just updating my mal today and noticed that all the different existences of the manga (the original Himegoto run, Himegoto+, the one published by Rex and the one in Febri) have been fused into one page. I was keeping track of where I was in Febri and Rex using all the different ones, so I'm a little bit unhappy but I guess the whole idea of it was to clean up mal's extraneous pages a little bit.

Just wondering what conventions are being used here by you guys. I see chapter forty discussion which is probably the most recent Rex chapter ? (the 23rd one in that publication according to hachimitsuscans) Are we just going to go with a running total of like all of the original run + the chapters in Rex or what....

Where are the extra chapters being done in Febri going to fit into all of it ?

I'm really confused on when I can press the plus button on it now.
Help appreciated.

I have 51 chapters, together. And 2 "extra" chapters.

Himegoto - 16 + 2 extra
Febri edition - 5
Rex edition - 23
Himegoto+ 7

So what, every time there's a new chapter for either of the currently running series, we just update this singular entry? This is so confusing.

Yes, I dont like the change either as it's kinda confusing now.

Febri edition: 7 (Finished as well, according to the last page of chapter 7 and MangaUpdates)
Rex edition: 27 (Finishing in chapter 28, out on August 2015)
Total: 57

What was the 2 extra chapters?
I can't seem to remember them.

From what I've seen the extra chapters isn't going to be counted here but will be in the anthology comic where it was featured instead.

The first extra is in volume 16 and second extra is in volume 17.
