Meaning of "that" when getting the drink, lol~ So Miyamura's father is a patisserie and is being popular. Fighting because of Miyamura's feeling to Hori. Wow, Miyamura's head is hard. Watching scary movie in day time... Then they seem to like each other, but quickly said it's their hands they like. They are awkward, though. They somehow made up, but they do think about it. Seriously, what a wonderful series, it's a shame it's so short. Kinda wanted to bump the score to an 8 but that lack of conclusion, ugh. A TV series would probably be too much to ask for, uh? |

The OVAs were released for fans of the manga, not for universal appeal, so most content is expected to be known to the viewers. The original web manga 'Hori-san to Miyamura-kun' is complete (although not wholly translated) whilst the updated manga 'Horimiya', is up to chapter 49 on translations and very worthwhile a read. The OVAs cover up to chapter 17, so it wouldn't be too difficult to read to fill in the gaps. Cheers! |
| NO, these OVAs need an anime of 12 episodes :/. Their relationship is cute, I want to see more, see moments at the start of their real relationship and after. PS: For once, Matsuoka Yoshitsugu doesn't play a man with a harem, and it's great ! |

| I want to se Hori-san father in anime version!! (My, probably, favourite character of the manga xD). Well...Horimiya is pretty popular so I guess it will get a full anime adaption. We'll just have to wait till then. |

| Despite the low quality art and animation, I still find this series to be very enjoyable. I really like the relationship between Hori and Miyamura, though I did feel, as someone already mentioned, that some contents were skipped. I hope this series gets a full cour(s) TV adaption one day, and in the meanwhile, I'll just go with the manga. |

| Just saw the OVAs and liked the setting. I recently started reading manga too and have it on my to read list. I am not fond of couples that get nowhere, so if anyone is up to date on the manga could you add in a spoiler tag if they get anywhere or keep dragging it out. |
| These three OVA's presented a good material and I carve for more, I can appreciate the way they were doing the artwork, it was luring me into their character beyond their design. The laid back atmosphere while not being overtly dramatic over things is really soothing, I would say this is a good 'healing' anime for romance genre enthusiast. |

| That was a cute little OVA. It didn't reveal much, but as an introduction for the manga it did a good job. Would be cool if this will get a TV show,though.Otherwise I have to check out the manga. |

| Okay. The pacing is actually way too fast. There were at least three separated part that important to the latest scene. Firstly, the student council gangs suddenly became very friendly like they were just a closed friends already after whatever happened before. There must be some back pass story before that kind of situations. Secondly, the relations between Hori-san and Miyamura-kun suddenly got more intensed. Its led them into a third part where they both had to spent more alone time together. Its even succeeded to threw that lines. Yeah. Thanks to Shouta absent, i guess. Then, the revelations of Miyamura-kun family that got spread around their girl classmates that made everything speeding up like crazy. Its led to that surprising matter that not so surprising afterall. So, yeah, a bit dissapointed with that kind of thing, despite the wholesomeness of their interactions. Matsuoka did a great job there voicing Miyamura-kun. I can see his effort as a teenage boy. Lol. Then, Hori-san slowly became more cuter there with her aggresive decision to confessed first. Ofc, its just went off to the route that called as a stupid thing from them, rather than called it as a finalization. Guess, their final sweet moment would be happening at the next episode. But the pacing always irritating me a bit. So, yeah, lets see the final episode! |
