| Hmm, shouldn't it be Lü? In some situations where there is no access to ü, people used Lv instead. But according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinyin#The_%C3%BC_sound , the Ministry of Public Security standardized the spelling to Lyu for use on passports. |
