Between them: Oi-chan has pep (and screen time), but I can identify with Mii-Chan and Zuka-chan's problems (I've had trouble getting and selling work, as well as a lack of direction that found me in the wrong company), while Rii-chan is the most like me. Even the supporting cast is amazing. Tough to make a call. I had to just suck it and go with the one I thought looked the best.
Tough choice, but I had to go with Zuka. I loved her journey from beginning to end and I think she resonated with a lot of viewers. Her hard work finally payed off and all her friends were so happy for her.
And even at the end, while she seems to be getting more speaking roles after voicing the main character's sister, it's still realistic as they're only very minor roles, like Girl C. She's still got a long way to go, thanks to how harsh the anime industry is, but I'm sure she'll get more and more in the future.
I also loved Aoi and how far she's come. She may eventually even become a director one day.
