| New character came along and she was pretty bossy, and demanded a lot of luxury. Tho she didn't stay long from the looks of it. Well i wonder what the last episode will bring us. |

| <tired sarcasm> Okay, I'm going to watch one more episode. If this series doesn't start to get any better, I'm going to drop it. </tired sarcasm> The Blu-ray / DVD containing the entire series goes on sale on March 20th in Japan. It only has 521 Amazon Stalker Points. I don't know how to compare apples to oranges, since my experience with judging Amazon Stalker points is for the regular-edition Blu-ray of a 12-episode series with two episodes per volume. So I am not confident whether 521 points is good or bad. However, perhaps the Blu-ray/DVD sales will be considerably boosted by all of the people in Japan who watched Episode 10 on broadcast TV and saw the censored version. No doubt they will be willing to pay 5458 Yen to see the part that we all watched in the webcast version last week. (At least, I think that was the meaning of that Tweet which came out 12 hours ago.) Those fans are probably sleeping on the sidewalks all over Japan in front of Gamer's and Animate stores, hoping that not all of the Blu-rays have sold out from the pre-orders. I have only looked at short passages from the manga. But I get the impression that it is better than the anime adaptation. So perhaps this will boost sales of the manga. I didn't catch the name of this defector. In the closing credits, I didn't recognize all of the names, but I didn't see anybody whose name was "defector". So apparently she has a name. |
