Sure we are gonna get an anime, but will it have proper animation quality? will they be able to capture the art of the manga? will the pacing be good? These are all things that happen very rarely and for ppl to get thier hopes up is foolish imo. There are prolly a maximum of2-3 anime adaptations a year that actually capture the manga source material properly. And if the rumors are true(i dont think they are) about toei adapting this, we might as well give up lol. Have you guys seen how bad they butchering onepiece lately? like GODAMN that animation quality and pacing is fucking terrible...its laughable. |

| Ufotable would be amazing... I just don't even bother thinking about it because chances that they are the ones adapting are lower than 0. But anyways, it's probably gonna be Sunrise and they seem like a good match so no complaints there. Still, I think Production I.G. would have been a great choice, the production values of their 2-cours shows is often excellent and OPM definitely deserves a large budget. |
