Some people (specially who speaks a language close to Latin) may have already realized that the name of the the MCs are related to numbers.

Nona = 9
Decim = 10 or 12
Quindecim (the Bar's name) = 15
Ginti = 20 (at least the pronunciation sounds like it...)

Are this just aleatory numbers or there may be a meaning to them? Quindecim makes sense because it is located on the 15th floor of the elevator, but what about the characters?

Might be connected with something or just random lack of imagination...
It can be an employe number or rank you know. Seeing that Nona is the boss there and such it might be that.

It was also said that Ginti works on 20th and Nona on 90th floor... so I guess they just get their names after work assignment.

These seem to all be Latin numerals related to the floor #s. Quindecim for 15, Viginti for 20, Nonaginta for 90, and in the latest episode we have Tria and Novem, who are most likely 3 and 9.

They're not human, so I'm not surprised. :/

All of them are Latin numbers.
Also,

Quin = 5

and Ginti is based off of "Viginti" (pronounced we-ginti) the Latin number for 20

This.
I'm assuming that since the arbiters were made to have "no [human] emotions," and only do their duty of judging the dead, their "creator" had no reason to give them real names (which are a human idea). So instead they were given the number of their floor in Latin as a name.

Wasn't Nona on the 92th floor?

Also, Quin => http://myanimelist.net/character/120251/Quin is 5 ( http://wordinfo.info/unit/1822/ip:1/il:Q )
The bar (quindecim) had that name when Quin was Arbiter.

Also, not only numbers:
Clavis => Key (this guy in the elevator)
Oculus => Eye
Castra => Castle?

For the record, the main names is based on the latin equivalent of Moirai, the three sisters of fate (Atropos, Clotho, and Lakhesis) who controlled the metaphorical threads of life.

Nona (9th) = Clotho
Decima (10th) = Lakhesis
Morta = Atropos = Death
