No, they screwed up the lip-flap pretty bad to the point where it's distracting. It's a pretty visuals heavy action-blockbuster though so watching the dub will at least free you from having to read subtitles. The better handled version is still the subbed version though.

It's a good dub, you can't go wrong either way. IDGAF if the lipsync don't match, it's not like they ever do that in animes. (Sub or otherwise.)

Isn't that because they animate first then record later? Doesn't that also make dubbing over Japanese animation harder and requires more skill?

Anime is good, fucking deal with it.

The dub was fine. Very watchable. Well done actually, compared to many anime dubs out there.
