| I'm pleased to announce MAL's new mobile-enabled website! Simply browse to http://myanimelist.net on your smart phone and you will be prompted with a new mobile-optimized experience! I want to stress that this is a beta release of the mobile site, so some features you see on the desktop version will be missing at launch. If you still need a feature you can't find while using the mobile site, simply click the 'Menu' button up top and then "Request Desktop Site." We hope to release a 2nd phase of changes to the community by the beginning of March. Two of the features planned for the release are list editing and forum posting. Please let us know how the new mobile version works for you! We're still in progress of fixing a number of things around MAL, so never fret that we're not improving the site day by day. |

| Should have at least made it able to have a way of replying to threads. No option is visible to me on the mobile version. The navigation seems fine but it seems to be hard to scroll down because each link tries to highlight almost being clicked sometimes which stops me from scrolling smoothly. The way it is designed with the arrows made me think that a nice little split view would come up so i do not have to keep loading pages back and forth to navigate my list or navigate anime/manga but that was not the case. How posts look it needs work since there is not noticable enough borders between peoples posts. Perhaps a white and light grey alternating post colour if not a thicker border. The menu navigation works out fairly well. Its a lot less a hassle than the quick clicking i have to do on desctop version |

| This should be optional but I suggest for there to be an option to turn off display of signatures on mobile since it looks cluttered with the minimized avatars but full sized signatures. That would be easier than setting up a setting for users to be able to have a different signature with different size requirment for mobile. |

| This looks wonderful. Just two things that I managed to find so far: there is no reply option on the forums, as well as the signatures of users appear even though we have them disabled in the preferences settings. Thank you. |

| Fantastic, my dreams of mobile MAL are slowly getting closer. I hope maybe one day there'll be an option to make 2 different types of lists: one optimized for a mobile and the desktop lists we already have. |

| Ohmeegosh thought site was broken for a min. Mobile site looks cool. Can't post without switching to desktop view but otherwise great work! Few other things: Can't add new anime to list. Can't update existing anime on list. Haven't checked with the manga list but I presume it's the same there. |

| Honestly, I didn't like it. I was ok with desktop version, it was working fine even using opera mini, it worked great but the mobile version I saw it limited and I couldn't see everything. And it didn't work well on opera mini. And loads slower than the normal version. I always use MAL on my mobile and I didn't have a better experience with the mobile version. Now my alternative is to use opera classic and enable "desktop" in "user agent". |
